Diving Equipment

Bangkok Airways are happy to accept a diving equipment set on board, providing it is packed securely. One set of diving equipment can consist of:

• One scuba regulator.
• One tank harness.
• One tank pressure gauge.
• Face mask.
• One dive suit/vest.
• One diving knife.
• One empty cylinder tank.
• One diving lamp.
• Spear Gun : must be unloaded with spear and must be packed separately.

Note: Diving lamp must be completely switched off. Battery must be removed, individually protected by placement in the original retails packing or by insulated terminals and carried in carry-on baggage.

• For Lithium Metal, lithium content must not exceed 2 g.
• For Lithium ion Battery, a watt-hour rating must not exceed 100 Wh.
• For dry battery, voltage of each must not exceed 12 V & watt-hour rating must not exceed 100Wh. Battery must not contain any free or unabsorbed liquid. Max 2 spare batteries are allowed.
