Bangkok / 5 January 2021&nbsp;&ndash; Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19 as well as the recent announcement from&nbsp;the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) that some Thai cities have added more restrictions:&nbsp; Therefore, Bangkok Airways would like to announce the delay of planned new route launch dates, temporary reduction of flights to some destinations, and temporary closure of all of its passenger lounges plus food and beverage kiosks from 8 January 2021 onwards.

Details of flight reductions, suspension of lounge services closure are as follows;

1. New launch date for the three new routes

<ul>
	<li>Bangkok &ndash; Hat Yai (round-trip) will be launched on 1 April 2021</li>
	<li>Bangkok &ndash; Khon Kaen (round-trip) will be launched on 1 May 2021</li>
	<li>Bangkok &ndash; Mae Sot (Tak) (round-trip) will be launched on 1 June 2021</li>
</ul>

2. Temporary suspended routes

<ul>
	<li>Bangkok &ndash; Sukhothai (round-trip) from 8-31 January 2021</li>
	<li>Bangkok &ndash; Trat (round-trip) from 8-31 January 2021</li>
	<li>Phuket &ndash; U-Tapao (round-trip) from 8-31 January 2021</li>
	<li>Phuket &ndash; Hat Yai (round-trip) from 10-31 January 2021</li>
</ul>

3. Flights reduction <a href="https://www.bangkokair.com/flight/flightSchedule">https://www.bangkokair.com/flight/flightSchedule</a>

<ul>
	<li>Bangkok &ndash; Samui (round-trip) from 8 January &ndash; 28 February 2021</li>
	<li>Bangkok - Lampang (round-trip) from 8 January &ndash; 28 February 2021</li>
	<li>Bangkok &ndash; Chiang Mai (round-trip) from 8 January &ndash; 28 February 2021</li>
	<li>Bangkok - Krabi (round-trip) from 8 January &ndash; 28 February 2021</li>
	<li>Bangkok - Phuket (round-trip) from 8 January &ndash; 28 February 2021</li>
	<li>Bangkok &ndash; Sukhothai (round-trip) from 1 &ndash; 28 February 2021</li>
	<li>Bangkok Trat (round-trip) from 1 &ndash; 28 February 2021</li>
</ul>

4. Temporary closure of all passenger lounges including service kiosks at all available airports from 8 - 31 January 2021.

However, passengers will still receive a snacks bag (to take home) on board all Bangkok Airways flights.

Passengers affected by temporary flight reductions and route suspensions may rebook their tickets without any change fees. For passengers who booked their tickets directly through Bangkok Airways, they may contact the airline&rsquo;s call center 1771 or +66 2270 6699 during 08.00hrs.-20.00hrs.&nbsp;Passengers who booked their tickets through travel agencies are advised to directly contact their agents for further arrangements.

Moreover, the airline encourages passengers to check announcements, orders, and travel procedures, for each destination prior to travel from the related authorities such as:

กรุงเทพฯ / 5 มกราคม 2564 &ndash; เนื่องจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) ที่ขยายเป็นวงกว้างเพิ่มขึ้นในหลายพื้นที่ รวมถึงประกาศ ศบค. เรื่องการปิดพื้นที่ในบางจังหวัด บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องประกาศเลื่อนการเปิดให้บริการเที่ยวบินในเส้นทางบินใหม่ ยกเลิกเที่ยวบินในบางเส้นทางบินเป็นการชั่วคราว และปิดการให้บริการห้องรับรองผู้โดยสาร และมุมให้บริการอาหารว่างและเครื่องดื่มทุกสถานีเป็นการชั่วคราว เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 8 มกราคม 2564 เป็นต้นไป

รายละเอียดการเปลี่ยนแปลงเที่ยวบิน และปิดให้บริการห้องรับรองผู้โดยสารเป็นการชั่วคราว มีดังนี้

1. กำหนดการใหม่ในการเปิดให้บริการเที่ยวบินในเส้นทางบินใหม่ 3 เส้นทาง ได้แก่

<ul>
	<li>เส้นทางกรุงเทพฯ - หาดใหญ่ (ไป-กลับ) จะเปิดให้บริการในวันที่ 1 เมษายน 2564</li>
	<li>เส้นทางกรุงเทพฯ - ขอนแก่น (ไป-กลับ) จะเปิดให้บริการในวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2564</li>
	<li>เส้นทางกรุงเทพฯ &ndash; แม่สอด (ตาก) (ไป-กลับ) จะเปิดให้บริการในวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2564</li>
</ul>

2. ยกเลิกเที่ยวบินเป็นการชั่วคราว

<ul>
	<li>เส้นทางกรุงเทพฯ &ndash; สุโขทัย (ไป-กลับ) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 8 &ndash; 31 มกราคม 2564</li>

4. ปิดการให้บริการห้องรับรองผู้โดยสารทุกประเภท รวมทั้งมุมให้บริการของว่างและเครื่องดื่มเป็นการชั่วคราว ณ สนามบินทุกแห่ง ที่ทางสายการบินฯ มีให้บริการ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 8 - 31 มกราคม 2564 ทั้งนี้ผู้โดยสารยังคงได้รับชุดอาหารว่างสำหรับนำกลับ ซึ่งจะมีให้บริการบนเที่ยวบิน

ผู้โดยสารที่ถือบัตรโดยสารในเที่ยวบินที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการปรับลดเที่ยวบินและการยกเลิกเที่ยวบินในบางเส้นทางเป็นการชั่วคราวดังกล่าว สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางได้โดยไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมในการเปลี่ยนแปลงบัตรโดยสาร ผู้โดยสารที่ออกบัตรโดยสารโดยตรงกับสายการบินฯ สามารถติดต่อคอลเซ็นเตอร์ 1771 หรือ โทร&nbsp;02-270-6699 &nbsp;ตั้งแต่เวลา 08.00 น. - 20.00 น. และผู้โดยสารที่ออกบัตรโดยสารผ่านทางตัวแทนจำหน่าย กรุณาติดต่อตัวแทนจำหน่ายของท่าน

ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ แนะนำผู้โดยสารตรวจสอบ ประกาศ คำสั่งและข้อกำหนดต่างๆ ของจังหวัดหรือเมืองปลายทางที่ต้องการจะเดินทางเข้าออกก่อนเดินทาง จากหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ
