According to the announcement of EASA SIB 2017-1, regarding the recall of portable electronic devices due to issues with batteries especially the recall of MacBook Pro units supplied by Apple Inc. between September 2015 and February 2017 and only selected product serial numbers are affected.

As the safety is our first priority, BANGKOK AIRWAYS RECOMMEND passenger who carrying the 15-inch Apple MacBook Pro laptop, sold between September 2015 to February 2017 that is assessed that it falls within the scope of applicability of EASA SIB 2017-01 to verify whether your product is affected by accessing to the manufacturer&#39;s website at&nbsp;<a href="https://support.apple.com/th-th/15-inch-macbook-pro-battery-recall">https://support.apple.com/th-th/15-inch-macbook-pro-battery-recall</a>.

Passenger are requested to present the proof that the affected MacBook Pro is fixed to our check-in staffs&nbsp;otherwise&nbsp;the device must be switched off or not be charged throughout the flight.

Remark:&nbsp;Passengers with connecting flight with other airlines please refer to its instruction.

ตามประกาศ&nbsp;Safety Information Bulletin SIB 2017-01&nbsp;ขององค์การความปลอดภัยด้านการบินแห่งสหภาพยุโรป (European Aviation Safety Agency&nbsp;หรือ&nbsp;EASA)&nbsp;ในเรื่องมาตรการความปลอดภัยเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีแบตเตอรี่ลิเธียมเป็นส่วนประกอบหรือแบตเตอรี่ลิเธียมที่ชำรุด มีข้อบกพร่อง หรือถูกเรียกคืนจากผู้ผลิต โดยมีผลกระทบต่ออุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์พกพายี่ห้อ&nbsp;Apple&nbsp;รุ่น&nbsp;MacBook Pro&nbsp;ที่จำหน่ายระหว่างเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ.&nbsp;2558&nbsp;ถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ.&nbsp;2560 (เฉพาะบาง&nbsp;Serial number)&nbsp;ที่มีโปรแกรมการเรียกคืนแบตเตอรี่ของผู้ผลิต

เนื่องจากความปลอดภัยเป็นสิ่งที่เราให้ความสำคัญเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง บริษัทการบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) ขอแนะนำให้ผู้โดยสารที่มีอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์พกพายี่ห้อ&nbsp;Apple&nbsp;รุ่นMacBook Pro&nbsp;ขนาด&nbsp;15&nbsp;นิ้ว ที่จำหน่ายระหว่างเดือนกันยายน พ.ศ.&nbsp;2558&nbsp;ถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ.&nbsp;2560&nbsp;อิงตามประกาศของ&nbsp;EASA SIB 2017-01&nbsp;ตรวจสอบว่าคอมพิวเตอร์พกพาของท่านได้รับผลกระทบจากโปรแกรมการเรียกคืนแบตเตอรี่ จากเว็บไซต์ผู้ผลิต&nbsp;<a href="https://support.apple.com/th-th/15-inch-macbook-pro-battery-recall">https://support.apple.com/th-th/15-inch-macbook-pro-battery-recall</a>

ผู้โดยสารที่มีอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์พกพาที่อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดังกล่าว จำต้องแสดงหลักฐานในการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ต่อพนักงานตรวจรับบัตรโดยสาร&nbsp;มิเช่นนั้น&nbsp;จะต้องปิดการใช้งานและไม่ชาร์จอุปกรณ์ตลอดการเดินทางบนเครื่องบิน

หมายเหตุ:&nbsp;สำหรับเที่ยวบินของสายการบินพันธมิตร หรือเที่ยวบินที่ดำเนินการบินโดยสายการบินอื่น ผู้โดยสารกรุณาติดต่อสายการบินที่ดำเนินการบินโดยตรงเพื่อติดต่อสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมถึงนโยบายดังกล่าว
