Passengers Helpline Number 02-270-6698 on Tropical Storm “Pabuk” discontinued service as of 6 January 2019
As Bangkok Airways has resumed normal operations on flights to and from Samui Airport, Suratthani since 5 January 2019, the airline announces that Passenger Assistance Helpline 02-270-6698 is discontinued as of today. Passengers requiring assistance and information can contact the airline’s call center 1771 (24 hours).
True convenience is being able to check-in for your flight from your mobile phone. With mobile check-in, you can choose your own seat and process an e-boarding pass. You will also save time by not needing to queue up at the airport or print your boarding pass to reach the gate.
Mobile Check-in is available from 24 hours up to 1 hour prior to departure time.
Important note: Passengers on international flights who have completed mobile check-in are required to present themselves at Check-in Counter at least 90 minutes prior to departure time to obtain a boarding pass and verification of travel documents needed for Immigration and Security clearance.
Passengers Eligible For Mobile Check In
All passengers holding e-tickets with a confirmed reservation.
Exceptions are passengers who :
Passengers requiring Medical / Special Assistance
Passengers travelling in a group of more than 9 persons in same reservations
Passengers whose ticket requires some additional payment
Checked that your bags do not contain any prohibited item
*Passenger who wishes to change reservation after done mobile check in, please contact 1771 or check in staff at departure airport
*Gate closes 15 Minutes before departure.
