<p>The Company shall keep your personal data for a period as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes as notified. The Company will retain your personal information for a reasonable duration in line with standard data retention practices, such as the maximum legal limitation period of 10 years. However, the Company reserves the right to retain your personal for longer than the period mentioned above if to comply with the laws or to exercise the right to demand according to the agreement or the laws. When data is no longer necessary or the retention period has ended, the Company shall erase or destroy your personal data, or anonymize data, ensuring it cannot be used to identify you</p>

<p>Exercising your right as mentioned above may be limited under related laws and in some cases when necessary the Company may refuse or be unable to pursue the request to exercise your rights e.g. the Company has to comply by the law or court order or when exercising such right, it may violate the right or freedom of another person or the Company may need to exercise the right to demand according to the law related to storage of such data. In this case the Company shall inform you of reasons for rejecting such request.</p>

<p>บริษัทจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้ในระยะเวลาเท่าที่จำเป็น เพื่อดำเนินการให้บรรลุ ตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้แจ้งไว้ โดยบริษัทจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่อาจคาดหมายได้ ตามมาตรฐานของการเก็บรวบรวม (เช่น อายุความตามกฎหมายทั่วไปสูงสุด 10 ปี) อย่างไรก็ตามบริษัทอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านนานกว่าระยะเวลาดังกล่าวข้างต้น หากเป็นไปเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายหรือการใช้สิทธิเรียกร้องตามสัญญาหรือกฎหมาย เมื่อหมดความจำเป็นหรือสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาดังกล่าว บริษัทจะลบหรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ของท่าน หรือทำให้เป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุถึงตัวตนของท่านต่อไป</p>

<p>We, Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited, installed CCTV cameras in and around our premises to monitor specific spaces for safety and security of our buildings, assets, employees, customers and visitors. This privacy notice provides information on collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data collected by our CCTV system and your right as Data Subject.</p>

<h2>1. TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED</h2>

<p>Our CCTV cameras capture moving images and sound of individuals, including their belongings (e.g. vehicles, luggage), entering the monitored area in or around our premises and facilities. The CCTV system which operates 24 hours a day may have recorded your personal data.</p>

<h2>2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA.</h2>

<h5>2.1 Purposes for processing personal data</h5>

<ol style="list-style-type: none;">
	<li>(1) Protection of health, safety and belongings of individuals.</li>
	<li>(2) Protection of buildings, facilities and assets of the Company against damages, disruption of operation, vandalism, and other crimes.</li>
	<li>(3) Supporting law enforcement agencies in prevention, protection, detection and various litigations.</li>
	<li>(4) Supporting dispute resolution which may arise during disciplinary process or grievance process.</li>
	<li>(5) Supporting the investigation process or complaint process.</li>

<h2>6. Personal Data Retention</h2>

<p>The Company shall retain your personal data for a period as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this notice and expects to retain personal data according to following period of time.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;">we will retain your information for a period of 1 year from date when the results are known to enable the Company to contact you in case some positions are available in the future that may be suitable for you.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;">the Company will retain your information for a period of 10 years from date of termination of employment in the Company, in order to prove or verify cases that may arise within the statute of limitations.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;">the Company will retain your information for a period as necessary.</p>

<p>The Company may retain your personal data for a period longer than the time prescribed if the law permits or necessary for the Company to establish the right of claim. At the end of such period or when your personal data is no longer needed, it will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized.</p>
