Reservations made through our Call Center or www.bangkokair.com still can be processed to make the payment online after unsuccessful payment. For any reservations made through other channels, please contact the relevant staff or travel agency to proceed the re-payment.
Step 1: Log in
A: Select ‘RE-PAYMENT’.
B: Fill in your ‘Booking’ and ‘Last Name’ then click ‘Submit’.
Step 2: Flight Information
A: Review your flight information, then click ‘Continue’ to proceed.
B: Select your preferred payment channel. For channels of payment available, please visit https://www.bangkokair.com/payment-channel-th for details (If Counter Service is chosen, your booking will not be guaranteed with the purchase of travel insurance).
C: Read and tick the check box to accept Terms and Conditions, then click “Make Payment” to complete the re-payment process.
