Bangkok Airways signs MOU with Community Development Department (CDD) Promoting Thai OTOP products

Bangkok / 4 January 2021 – Recently, Bangkok Airways Company Limited, represented by Mrs. Chanthip Thongkanya, Vice President – Office of the President (5th from right) signed the MOU on “Promoting OTOP products on commercial flights” project with the Community Development Department (CDD), Ministry of Interior and 11 partners, including Department of Business Development, Tourism Authority of Thailand,  Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research, Airports of Thailand PLC, Thai Airways International PLC, Thailand Post, King Power International Group, Central Group, Siam Piwat Company Limited, Icon Siam Company Limited and The Mall Group Thailand.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on promoting OTOP products on commercial flights collaboration, aims to create a seamless support for the sale of OTOP products of Thailand through a collaboration between the parties. Each party will assist in promotion relative to the products and in turn will be a distributing channel for the OTOP producers.  The airline will select some of OTOP products from the local communities and have them available for sale in Bangkok Airways in-flight catalogues as well as promoting OTOP products through Bangkok Airways media channel.
