Bangkok, 22  April 2024 — Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited is at the forefront of inspiring travel and crafting new experiences with its 'Redefine Boutique Experience' campaign. 
This initiative highlights the airline's unique offering of services tailored to cater to the diverse travel styles and preferences of passengers. The campaign also features the brand ambassador, Urassaya 'Yaya' Sperbund, marking her 9th year of collaboration, to convey the enduring allure of the Boutique Blue airline.

Ms Amornrat Kongsawat, Vice President of Sales and Acting Vice President of Marketing at Bangkok Airways, emphasised that to solidify the status as the premier regional airline globally and the foremost boutique airline in Asia, Bangkok Airways has strategically enhanced its services to invigorate travel and tourism with the 'Redefine Boutique Experience' concept. This innovative approach introduces a fresh perspective while maintaining full-service offerings, attracting a diverse range of passengers and showcasing the charm of three airports (Samui, Sukhothai, and Trat). Additionally, the campaign promotes sustainability and seamless connectivity to every destination, ensuring travellers of all styles encounter a special experience when flying with Bangkok Airways.

Ms Amornrat further elaborated that to support marketing activities aimed at generating demand for travel under the Redefine Boutique Experience concept, the company has devised the '4Re' strategy, comprising:

Redefine — through a new series of online advertisements featuring Yaya, showcasing a travel experience beyond the ordinary in the boutique cabin of the Boutique Blue airline. This caters to the lifestyles of all travellers, offering convenience from check-in, complimentary baggage allowance of 20 kilograms, boutique lounge service, heartwarming meal service on board, and a commitment to environmental stewardship.

Reimagine — by curating special experiences for customers through 'Pop up Experiences,' providing fresh perspectives through collaborations with community enterprises, provincial chambers of commerce, and tourism business networks in all regions. These initiatives present community products, local lifestyles, or indigenous wisdom in boutique lounges, fostering business opportunities for community enterprises and inspiring travellers to discover new insights during their journeys.

Reconnect — by offering a unique travel experience to Bangkok Airways’ three airports — Samui, Sukhothai, and Trat — each with its distinct identity, welcoming all travellers to enjoy the airport ambiance designed in harmony with the environment, and providing pre-travel activities for tourists.

Recharge — by engaging in activities and fostering community involvement in sustainability, along with creating video content that shares captivating community stories through Bangkok Airways' omnichannel outlets. Examples include 'Coffee Matter,' exploring coffee plantations in Sukhothai province, and 'Waste Management,' serving as inspiration for establishing green spaces.
