On Tuesday 11 April 2023, Bangkok Airways Plc (the Company) organized AGM of Shareholders 2023 (the Meeting) at Phra Visanu room, Asawin Grand Convention Hotel chaired by Mr.Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth, Vice Chairman of the Company, attended by Board of Management and shareholders. Significant agendas included.
1. Report on Annual Operation Results 2022
The Meeting acknowledged the Annual Report on Operation Result 2022, the Company gradually resumed flight operations on domestic and international routes and increased flight frequency as suitable, consistent with passengers’ demand for travel.
The Company fleet had a total of 35 aircraft at the end of 2022 comprising 13 Airbus A319, 8 Airbus A320, 1 ATR72-500 and 13 ATR72-600.

2. No payment of Dividend
The Company Separate Financial Statement in 2022 shows that the Company made a loss. Therefore, the AGM of Shareholders resolved to approve no payment of dividend for operation of business in 2022.
3. Election of directors to replace those retired by rotation.
At the Meeting, three directors retired by rotation were
1) ACM. Kaset Rochananil Independent Director
2) Mr. Sripop Sarasas Independent Director and Audit Committee
3) Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth Director
4) Mr. Anawat Leelawatwatana Director
The meeting resolved to re-elect the four directors retired by rotation for another term of office.
A total of 516 shareholders attended the AGM of Shareholders 2023 in person and by proxy, holding a total of 1,730,094,696 shares.
