Bangkok / 30 April 2019 - Bangkok Airways launches the “Surf On Board” campaign, waving the usual service fees for checking surfboards of wave riders on all flights. (except flights that are operated by ATR aircraft) The offer will be valid from 1 May until the end of December 2019.
Surf-enthusiasts who travel on Bangkok Airways flights will be able to load their surfboards (1 board per passenger) for free in addition to their normal baggage allowance. Passengers must make sure that the surfboard is properly packaged in a container or wrapped to protect it during loading and unloading. In addition to that, this service is available for travel purposes only.
To take advantage of this service, passengers are requested to contact Bangkok Airways Call Center at 1771, or at E-mail: reservation@bangkokair.com to book a space, as there might be limitations of space in some aircraft.
