If you have paid by virtual credit card, you need to present evidence of the transaction in order to prove ticket purchase. During the check-in process at the airport, Bangkok Airways will perform a random check on the credit card used for online payment. Failure to present the card or proof of payment will result in passengers being required to purchase new tickets for all sectors. Passengers will be denied boarding if found travelling with tickets purchased by the fraudulent use of credit card.
