As Bangkok Airways has resumed normal operations on flights to and from Samui Airport, Suratthani since 5 January 2019, the airline announces that Passenger Assistance Helpline 02-270-6698 is discontinued as of today. Passengers requiring assistance and information can contact the airline’s call center 1771 (24 hours).
Both Credit and Dedit Cards must be verified and authorized by your issuer bank prior to perform any online transaction
In cases where “Unticketed” status and email are notified, please contact our Call Center 1771 (+66 2270 6699) or reach out facebook.com/FlyBangkokAir for assistance to successfully complete the booking
In case where ticketing time limit is given, payment must be completed 4 hours prior to flight departure
Virtual credit card payment can be accepted; only with the evidence of settlement from the bank and must be presented upon check-in
As part of efforts to minimise credit card fraud, Bangkok Airways employs a third party fraud prevention operator to audit all payment transactions. If you have paid by virtual credit card, you need to present evidence of the transaction in order to prove ticket purchase. During the check-in process at the airport, Bangkok Airways will perform a random check on the credit card used for online payment. Failure to present the card or proof of payment will result in passengers being required to purchase new tickets for all sectors. Passengers will be denied boarding if found travelling with tickets purchased by the fraudulent use of credit card.
