Bangkok&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp;Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited has officially launched the &ldquo;GROW Together Farm&rdquo; initiative, a project rooted in the principles of the Circular Economy. The initiative aims to promote efficient resource management, create green spaces within the organization, and encourage employee engagement in driving the company&rsquo;s sustainability efforts.

The activity was led by Captain Dechit Charoenwong, Senior Vice President &ndash; Operations, and Ms. Siriporn Noochan,&nbsp;Vice President &ndash; Ground Operations and Cargo, together with volunteer employees from the Blue Volunteers group, the PG ESG Heroes team, and representatives from various departments. Participants joined hands to cultivate an in-house vegetable garden at the Bangkok Airways Operations Complex (BAOC).

The GROW Together Farm project is built upon the company&rsquo;s existing food waste management program. Food waste generated from the company&rsquo;s headquarters and passenger lounges is processed into organic fertilizer, which is then reused to support the cultivation of vegetables within the project. This reflects Bangkok Airways&rsquo; commitment to maximizing resource utilization in line with Circular Economy principles and its broader sustainability mission.

In addition, the initiative seeks to foster active employee participation through hands-on activities while enhancing awareness and understanding of waste management, resource conservation, and environmental stewardship in daily life. The project also contributes to the development of green spaces within the organization, serving as a key foundation for cultivating a tangible and sustainable corporate culture.

This initiative aligns with Bangkok Airways&rsquo; sustainability commitment under the campaign &ldquo;Low Carbon Skies by Bangkok Airways&rdquo;, particularly in reducing food waste and promoting efficient resource use throughout its operational value chain.

โครงการ GROW Together Farm&nbsp;ต่อยอดมาจากโครงการบริหารจัดการเศษอาหารภายในองค์กร ซึ่งได้นำเศษอาหารที่เกิดขึ้นจากสำนักงานใหญ่และห้องรับรองผู้โดยสารของสายการบินเข้าสู่กระบวนการผลิตเป็นปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ ก่อนนำกลับมาใช้เพาะปลูกพืชผักสวนครัวภายในโครงการ สะท้อนการนำทรัพยากรกลับมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน (Circular Economy) และพันธกิจด้านความยั่งยืนของบริษัทฯ

Bangkok / May 29, 2026 &ndash; Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth, President of Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited, represented the Prasarttong-Osoth family in receiving the prestigious Grand Philanthropy Award, on behalf of Dr. Prasert Prasarttong-Osoth in recognition of his outstanding contributions as a pioneering business leader and his significant role in advancing Thailand&rsquo;s development across the aviation, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.

Under the new collaboration, FlyerBonus members can now redeem points for travel on Etihad Airways&rsquo; extensive global network via Abu Dhabi, connecting to destinations across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and North America. PG Heroes and Blue Volunteers Unite to Improve the Lives of Disabled Pets

Bangkok / 31 March 2026&nbsp;&ndash; Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited, led by Mrs. Ariya Prasarttong-Osoth, Board of Directors and Chairman of the Corporate Sustainability Working Committee (4th from left), together with the PG ESG Heroes team and Bangkok Airways&rsquo; Blue Volunteers, organized a corporate social responsibility activity under the project &ldquo;DIY Wheelchairs for Four-Legged Friends.&rdquo; The initiative aims to improve the quality of life for disabled pets and help reduce the abandonment of disabled animals in public spaces. Expert trainers from the &ldquo;Free Wheelchairs for Disabled Animals&rdquo; group were invited to share their knowledge on animal physiology and wheelchair construction at the Bangkok Airways&rsquo; Headquarters.

During the activity, more than 40 employee volunteers participated in building wheelchairs for dogs and other disabled pets using PVC pipe, a lightweight, affordable material well-suited for practical community use. The process covered every stage of production: designing and assembling the frame to match each animal&rsquo;s specific disability, fitting load-bearing supports, testing structural integrity, and fine-tuning height and balance before the devices were ready for real-world use.

Mrs. Ariya Prasarttong-Osoth stated, &quot;Bangkok Airways is committed to creating shared value, for the organization, our people, and the communities around us. This project produces pet wheelchairs at an average cost of just THB 500&ndash;600 per unit, representing savings of 70&ndash;80% compared to imported alternatives. Beyond the financial benefit, these devices help restore mobility, reduce the risk of pressure sores, and promote the overall well-being of disabled pets. By equipping volunteers with the know-how to build assistive devices from readily available materials, we also ease the financial burden on pet owners and contribute to reducing animal abandonment in our society.&quot;

ภายในกิจกรรม พนักงานจิตอาสากว่า 40 คน ได้ร่วมกันประดิษฐ์วีลแชร์สำหรับสุนัขและสัตว์เลี้ยงพิการจากท่อ PVC ซึ่งเป็นวัสดุน้ำหนักเบา ประหยัดต้นทุน และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้งานในชุมชนได้จริง โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่การออกแบบและประกอบโครงสร้างให้เหมาะสมกับลักษณะความพิการของสัตว์แต่ละตัว จากนั้นติดตั้งวัสดุรองรับน้ำหนัก ทดสอบความแข็งแรง และปรับระดับความสูงและความสมดุลก่อนนำไปใช้งานจริง

ITB Berlin, now in its 60th consecutive year, is recognized as a premier global tourism event that brings together travel industry operators from around the world including hotels, airlines, tour companies, and national tourism organizations. The 2026 edition of the fair is being held from 5&ndash;7 March 2026 in Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany.

ITB Berlin 2026 continues to serve as a key platform for Bangkok Airways to connect with international business partners, explore new market opportunities, and strengthen collaborations to develop future routes that address the needs of global travelers, particularly those from Germany and across Europe.

Bangkok Airways first participated in ITB Berlin in 1998 and has continued its presence for 28 years, demonstrating the airline&rsquo;s commitment to promoting Thai tourism and expanding its global network of strategic partnerships.

Chiang Mai / 23 February 2026&nbsp;&ndash;&nbsp;Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited, in collaboration with the National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) (NARIT) under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), continues its mission to expand equal access to learning through the third edition of the &ldquo;Even Though We Can&rsquo;t See the Moon, We Can Still Touch the Stars&rdquo; project.

The initiative delivers immersive and inclusive astronomy learning experiences for visually impaired students at one of Thailand&rsquo;s finest stargazing locations, the summit of Doi Inthanon in Chiang Mai.

This year&rsquo;s astronomy learning camp welcomed 51 students and teachers from the School for the Blind and the Blind with Multiple Disabilities in Lopburi Province. Bangkok Airways facilitated their travel to Chiang Mai, where participants took part in specially designed astronomy activities developed by NARIT for visually impaired learners. Throughout the program, the group was supported by the airline&rsquo;s Blue Volunteers team, who provided close assistance and care to ensure a meaningful experience.

The two-day program began with sensory-based learning at Chiang Mai Zoo through the activity &ldquo;Sensing the Zoo: Touching Animals, Hearing Real Sounds,&rdquo; allowing students to explore wildlife through touch and sound. The group then visited the Princess Sirindhorn AstroPark, where they engaged in imagination-driven astronomy activities, including a hands-on clay workshop themed &ldquo;Extraterrestrial Life,&rdquo; the &ldquo;Sky in My Hands&rdquo; experience inside the planetarium, and guided tours of astronomy exhibitions that expanded their understanding of space in creative and accessible ways.

On the second day, participants visited the National Radio Astronomy Observatory at the Huai Hong Khrai Royal Development Study Center in Doi Saket District to learn about radio astronomy. In the afternoon, they continued to Doi Inthanon in Chom Thong District to explore natural phenomena through a hands-on experiment demonstrating changes in air pressure and temperature using snack bags. The day concluded with an immersive nature experience at Wachirathan Waterfall, where students felt the cool mist and spray firsthand.

Before reaching the program&rsquo;s highlight, the group visited the Princess Sirindhorn 7th Cycle National Observatory, also known as the National Observatory. There, they learned about different types of telescopes and were invited to touch the base of Thailand&rsquo;s national telescope. At the summit of Doi Inthanon, they explored tactile models of lunar craters and observed Jupiter through a telescope, an inspiring moment set against the cool mountain air, yet filled with warmth through shared learning and opportunity.

Although many participants have limited or no sight and cannot clearly see the night sky, some are still able to perceive the brightness of celestial objects such as stars and planets as small points of light. Combined with tactile exploration, sound-based learning, and imagination, the activities demonstrated that astronomy is not limited to visual perception. It can also deliver knowledge, warmth, and inspiration through experience and connection.

Bangkok Airways places strong emphasis on expanding access to astronomy education for individuals with special needs. The initiative supports inclusive learning, nurtures imagination, and encourages scientific thinking through hands-on experiences. This commitment aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) under the principle of &ldquo;Leaving No One Behind,&rdquo; reflecting the airline&rsquo;s dedication to advancing social sustainability through inclusive educational opportunities for all.

ค่ายส่งเสริมโอกาสการเรียนรู้ดาราศาสตร์สำหรับผู้บกพร่องทางการเห็นในครั้งนี้ ได้พาคณะนักเรียนและคุณครูจากโรงเรียนการศึกษาคนตาบอดและคนตาบอดพิการซ้ำซ้อน จังหวัดลพบุรี รวมจำนวน 51 คน เดินทางสู่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส เพื่อร่วมสัมผัสและเรียนรู้ผ่านกิจกรรมดาราศาสตร์ของ NARIT ซึ่งกิจกรรมทั้งหมดได้รับการออกแบบเป็นพิเศษสำหรับผู้มีความบกพร่องทางการเห็น พร้อมมีทีมจิตอาสา Blue Volunteers ให้การดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิดตลอดระยะเวลาการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

กิจกรรมตลอดระยะเวลา 2 วัน เริ่มต้นเปิดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ผ่านประสาทสัมผัส ณ สวนสัตว์เชียงใหม่ (Chiang Mai Zoo) กับกิจกรรม &ldquo;Sensing the Zoo: สัมผัสสัตว์ ฟังเสียงจริง&rdquo; ที่เปิดโอกาสให้น้อง ๆ ได้เรียนรู้ผ่านการสัมผัสและการฟังเสียงสัตว์อย่างใกล้ชิด ก่อนเดินทางสู่ อุทยานดาราศาสตร์สิรินธร เพื่อร่วมกิจกรรมด้านดาราศาสตร์ที่ช่วยจุดประกายจินตนาการ ได้แก่ กิจกรรม &ldquo;สิ่งมีชีวิตนอกโลก&rdquo; ที่ให้น้อง ๆ ถ่ายทอดภาพในจินตนาการผ่านการปั้นด้วยมือ กิจกรรม &ldquo;ท้องฟ้าในมือฉัน&rdquo; ภายในท้องฟ้าจำลอง ตลอดจนเยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการดาราศาสตร์ เพื่อเปิดโลกความรู้ด้านดาราศาสตร์และอวกาศอย่างสร้างสรรค์

ส่วนวันที่สอง น้อง ๆ เดินทางสู่ หอสังเกตการณ์ดาราศาสตร์วิทยุแห่งชาติ ณ ศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาห้วยฮ่องไคร้อันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ อำเภอดอยสะเก็ด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เพื่อเรียนรู้ดาราศาสตร์ในช่วงคลื่นวิทยุ ก่อนเดินทางต่อในช่วงบ่ายสู่ ดอยอินทนนท์ อำเภอจอมทอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เพื่อเรียนรู้ปรากฏการณ์ทางธรรมชาติผ่านกิจกรรมทดลองการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุณหภูมิและความดันอากาศจากถุงขนม พร้อมสัมผัสธรรมชาติและละอองน้ำตก ณ น้ำตกวชิรธาร

ก่อนเข้าสู่ช่วงไฮไลต์ของกิจกรรม คณะฯเข้าเยี่ยมชม หอดูดาวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 7 รอบ พระชนมพรรษา หรือ หอดูดาวแห่งชาติ เรียนรู้และสัมผัสกล้องโทรทรรศน์ชนิดต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการสัมผัสและโอบฐานกล้องโทรทรรศน์แห่งชาติ ก่อนเดินทางขึ้นสู่ยอดดอยอินทนนท์ เรียนรู้และสัมผัสแบบจำลองหลุมดวงจันทร์ และร่วมสังเกตการณ์ดาวพฤหัสบดีผ่านกล้องโทรทรรศน์ ท่ามกลางอากาศหนาวเย็นบนยอดดอยอินทนนท์ แต่เปี่ยมไปด้วยความอบอุ่นจากการแบ่งปันโอกาสทางการเรียนรู้

แม้น้อง ๆ ส่วนใหญ่จะมีข้อจำกัดด้านการมองเห็น และไม่สามารถมองเห็นท้องฟ้าได้อย่างชัดเจน แต่ยังสามารถรับรู้ความสว่างของวัตถุบนท้องฟ้าได้ อาทิเช่น ดาวฤกษ์และดาวเคราะห์ในลักษณะของจุดแสงเล็ก ๆ ผสานกับการเรียนรู้ผ่านการสัมผัส การฟังเสียง และการใช้จินตนาการ กิจกรรมทั้งหมดจึงสะท้อนให้เห็นว่า &ldquo;ดาราศาสตร์&rdquo; ไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่เพียงการรับรู้ด้วยสายตา แต่สามารถส่งมอบความรู้ ความอบอุ่น และแรงบันดาลใจได้ด้วยหัวใจ

25 December 2025 &ndash; Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited, in collaboration with the Department of Internal Trade (DIT), Ministry of Commerce, private sector partners, and MasterChef Thailand Season 7, has launched an initiative to support Thai farmers by elevating local agricultural ingredients to international standards under the concept &ldquo;Local Ingredients, World-Class Experiences.&rdquo;

The project features premium Thai agricultural products, including fine rice, three-water sea bass from Songkhla Lake, and Phu Lae pineapples from Chiang Rai&mdash;GI-certified products promoted by the Ministry of Commerce, crafted into exclusive menus under the DIT x MasterChef program. These special dishes will be served in Bangkok Airways&rsquo; passenger lounges and onboard flights, delivering a distinctive culinary experience. Beyond adding value to Thai agricultural products, the initiative also promotes Thai cuisine as soft power, introducing its unique identity to passengers worldwide while fostering sustainable links between the aviation and tourism industries.

Mr. Chulin Kocharoen, Vice President &ndash; Network and Product Development at Bangkok Airways PLC, said,

&ldquo;Bangkok Airways has continuously supported the Department of Internal Trade in promoting Thai agricultural products. The project aims to transform agricultural, livestock, and fishery products into creative dishes that reflect the quality and identity of Thai produce through the MasterChef Thailand Season 7 platform. Finalist chefs will work closely with Bangkok Airways to further develop these dishes into special menus for passengers in lounges and onboard flights.

Sukhothai / 23 December 2025&nbsp;&ndash; Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited, led by the Corporate Sustainability Department and its Blue Volunteers team, continues to advance its sustainability mission by partnering with Sukhothai Airport and the Bangkok Air Aviation Training Center (BATC) to host the third year of the &ldquo;Wings to Dreams: Creating Learning Opportunities&rdquo; project under the concept &ldquo;Connect Your Happiness.&rdquo; The activity was recently held at Sukhothai Airport to bring joy and learning opportunities to the local community.

The program allowed local children to gain real-world experience and expand their understanding of aviation careers through a &ldquo;Learning by Doing&rdquo; approach. Students from Prathom 3&ndash;6 of Wat Tha Chang School participated in activities such as an airport tour, learning about runways, flight simulators, airport fire and rescue operations, and the duties of cabin crew, as well as visiting the Sukhothai Airport Zoo.

Bangkok Airways aims to spark inspiration and encourage young students to envision future career pathways, while continuing to support the development of a happy and sustainable community.

Bangkok, 22 December 2025&nbsp;&ndash; Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited (BA) has been awarded an &ldquo;A&rdquo; rating in the SET ESG Ratings 2025 under the Services Industry Group by the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This recognition reflects the airline&rsquo;s strong commitment to integrating sustainability across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions, creating long-term value for stakeholders and supporting sustainable business growth.

Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth, President of Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited, stated that, &ldquo;Receiving an &ldquo;A&rdquo; rating in this year&rsquo;s SET ESG assessment is a source of pride for the organization and demonstrates significant progress in its sustainability performance compared to previous years. He added that the company continues to operate under a clear vision and mission to become a leading regional airline in Asia, while placing strong emphasis on social and environmental responsibility and adherence to good corporate governance practices.&rdquo;

Key highlights of Bangkok Airways&rsquo; ESG initiatives include the &ldquo;Low Carbon Skies by Bangkok Airways&rdquo; campaign, which aims to reduce carbon emissions through the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) on commercial flights, energy-efficient flight operations, and waste management through upcycling practices. The airline also remains committed to social engagement through projects such as &ldquo;Community of Love&rdquo; and youth-focused initiatives including &ldquo;Wings of Dreams,&rdquo; which provide learning and development opportunities.

In addition, Bangkok Airways places strong emphasis on efficient resource management, compliance with international safety standards, employee well-being, service quality, customer relationship management, and information security. The SET ESG Ratings are recognized as one of Thailand&rsquo;s key sustainability benchmarks, assessing listed companies based on disclosures, policies, and performance across environmental, social, and governance areas. ในปีนี้ บางกอกแอร์เวย์สได้ส่งมอบผ้าห่มกันหนาวจำนวน 200 ผืน และสิ่งของจำเป็นให้แก่นักเรียนระดับชั้นอนุบาล 1 ถึงประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ของโรงเรียนศรีเนห์รู และน้อง ๆ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านขุนช่างเคี่ยน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พร้อมร่วมทำกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อเพิ่มความสุข รอยยิ้ม และความอบอุ่นให้กับชุมชนในช่วงฤดูหนาว

ผ้าห่มกันหนาวสีฟ้าที่นำมามอบในครั้งนี้ ผลิตจากชุดยูนิฟอร์มพนักงานเก่ารวมถึงขวดน้ำดื่มไร้ฉลากที่ได้จากการให้บริการผู้โดยสารบนเที่ยวบิน นำกลับเข้าสู่กระบวนการอัพไซคลิง (Upcycling) เพื่อเปลี่ยนให้เป็นผ้าห่มผืนใหม่ที่มีประโยชน์ ช่วยลดปริมาณขยะและเพิ่มคุณค่าการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า นับเป็นการผสานแนวคิดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเข้ากับการช่วยเหลือสังคมได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ที่สำคัญกระบวนการผลิตผ้าห่มทั้งหมดยังช่วยลดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ได้ถึง 358 กิโลกรัม

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเดินหน้าสร้างสังคมที่ยั่งยืนผ่านโครงการ &ldquo;Seasons of Giving&rdquo; ประจำปี 2568 ภายใต้แนวคิดโครงการ &ldquo;Community of Love&rdquo; ซึ่งมีเป้าหมายในการให้การสนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือชุมชนในพื้นที่ห่างไกล ตลอดจนการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีตามพันธกิจด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของบริษัทฯ&nbsp;

ในปีนี้ บางกอกแอร์เวย์สได้ส่งมอบผ้าห่มกันหนาวจำนวน 200 ผืน และสิ่งของจำเป็นให้แก่นักเรียนระดับชั้นอนุบาล 1 ถึงประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ของโรงเรียนศรีเนห์รู และน้อง ๆ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านขุนช่างเคี่ยน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พร้อมร่วมทำกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อเพิ่มความสุข รอยยิ้ม และความอบอุ่นให้กับชุมชนในช่วงฤดูหนาว

ผ้าห่มกันหนาวสีฟ้าที่นำมามอบในครั้งนี้ ผลิตจากชุดยูนิฟอร์มพนักงานเก่ารวมถึงขวดน้ำดื่มไร้ฉลากที่ได้จากการให้บริการผู้โดยสารบนเที่ยวบิน นำกลับเข้าสู่กระบวนการอัพไซคลิง (Upcycling) เพื่อเปลี่ยนให้เป็นผ้าห่มผืนใหม่ที่มีประโยชน์ ช่วยลดปริมาณขยะและเพิ่มคุณค่าการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า นับเป็นการผสานแนวคิดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเข้ากับการช่วยเหลือสังคมได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ที่สำคัญกระบวนการผลิตผ้าห่มทั้งหมดยังช่วยลดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ได้ถึง 358 กิโลกรัม

กรุงเทพ / 18 พฤศจิกายน 2568 - บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส โดย นายพุฒิพงศ์ ปราสาททองโอสถ กรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ฯ ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) ว่าด้วยการส่งเสริมการใช้เชื้อเพลิงอากาศยานยั่งยืน (Sustainable Aviation Fuel &ndash; SAF) โดยมี พล.อ.อ.มนัท ชวนะประยูร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย (กพท.) และ นายศรัณย เบ็ญจนิรัตน์ รองผู้อำนวยการ ฯ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงของ 8 สายการบินของประเทศไทย ร่วมลงนาม ณ โรงแรมอัศวิน แกรนด์ คอนเวนชั่น กรุงเทพฯ เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้

ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนผ่านของอุตสาหกรรมการบินของประเทศไทยสู่ &ldquo;การบินยั่งยืน&rdquo; และการบรรลุเป้าหมายการปล่อยคาร์บอนสุทธิเป็นศูนย์ (Net Zero Carbon Emissions 2050) ภายในปี 2593 ตามแนวทางขององค์การการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ (ICAO) และภายใต้กรอบมาตรการลดและชดเชยการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ของภาคการบินระหว่างประเทศ (Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation &ndash; CORSIA)&nbsp; ที่ประเทศไทยเข้าร่วมโครงการนำร่องตั้งแต่ปี 2564

นายพุฒิพงศ์ ปราสาททองโอสถ กรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวว่า ด้วยพันธกิจสำคัญของสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์สที่มุ่งมั่นในการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืน และเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยเฉพาะการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกจากภาคการบิน การเข้าร่วมลงนามใน MOU ครั้งนี้จึงถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการใช้ SAF ซึ่งเป็นเชื้อเพลิงอากาศยานยั่งยืน ที่สามารถลดการปล่อยคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมทั้งจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมการบินของไทยให้ก้าวสู่ความยั่งยืนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ซึ่งในที่สุดจะส่งผลเชิงบวกกลับไปยังผู้โดยสารทุกท่าน ทั้งในรูปแบบของประสบการณ์การเดินทางที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม มาตรฐานการบริการที่ยั่งยืน และการมีส่วนร่วมในการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมและดูแลโลกของเราอย่างภาคภูมิใจ

ทั้งนี้ สำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย หรือ CAAT ยังให้ความตระหนักถึงต้นทุนพลังงานที่เพิ่มสูงจากการใช้ SAF ซึ่งเป็นต้นทุนหลักของการดำเนินงานของสายการบิน ดังนั้น เพื่อลดผลกระทบทางการดำเนินการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม จึงมีการพิจารณาแยกต้นทุนรายการค่าธรรมเนียมคาร์บอน (Carbon Surcharge) สำหรับเส้นทางบินระหว่างประเทศตามความสมัครใจของสายการบิน โดยคาดว่าจะเริ่มดำเนินการได้ตั้งแต่ปี 2569 เพื่อสะท้อนต้นทุนการลดและชดเชยการปล่อยคาร์บอนในภาคการบินของประเทศ โดย CAAT จะทำหน้าที่กำกับให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างโปร่งใส และสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล เพื่อสนับสนุนการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่การบินยั่งยืนของประเทศอย่างมั่นคงและมีประสิทธิภาพในทุกมิติ

Bangkok / 17 November 2025 &ndash; Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited, in its capacity as Chair of the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines (AAPA) for 2025, hosted the official opening ceremony of the 69th AAPA Assembly of Presidents. The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport.

On this occasion, Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth, President of Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited and Mr. Subhas Menon, Director General of the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines (AAPA), welcomed attendees and jointly opened the event. The ceremony was attended by senior executives from leading airlines across the Asia-Pacific region, along with key representatives from government and private-sector organizations in the aviation and tourism industries. Participants exchanged perspectives and strategic directions for driving sustainable growth in the future of regional aviation.

Initiative to Promote Water Safety Skills Among Students in Sukhothai

Sukhothai / 20 October 2025 &ndash; Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited continues its commitment to sustainability by collaborating with the Water Sports Association of Thailand to organize a water safety training activity for students under the &ldquo;Float and Swim&rdquo; initiative. The program aims to equip children with essential survival skills, rescue techniques, basic first aid, CPR, and accident prevention strategies to reduce the risk and fatality rates associated with drowning among youth.

The activity welcomed a total of 160 students from three educational institutions located near Sukhothai Airport: Tha Thong Subdistrict Administrative Organization Child Development Center, Ban Nong Pa To School, and Wat Phai Lom School. Under the supervision of certified instructors, students practiced hands-on water safety skills in a mobile swimming pool specially prepared to ensure a safe learning environment.

Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited would like to announce a change of airport for flights between Bangkok &ndash; Phnom Penh and Phnom Penh &ndash; Bangkok. Services will be relocated from Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) to Techo International Airport (KTI).

This change is in accordance with the announcement by the Government of Cambodia to transfer all flight operations to Techo International Airport, effective from 00:00 hrs (local time) on 9 September 2025 onwards.

Accordingly, Bangkok Airways will operate all inbound and outbound flights to and from Phnom Penh at Techo International Airport (KTI). The current flight schedule remains unchanged until further notice.

Passengers are advised to check flight details and status prior to departure through the website <a href="http://www.bangkokair.com" target="_new">www.bangkokair.com</a>, Call Center 1771 (within Thailand), or the Phnom Penh Town Office at (+855) 23 426 707.

นางจันทร์ทิพย์ ทองกันยา รองกรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ สำนักกรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวว่า &ldquo;สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์สมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาการบริการ และให้ความสำคัญกับการยกระดับภาพลักษณ์ในแบบเอเชียบูทีคแอร์ไลน์ ซึ่งการปรับโฉมยูนิฟอร์มด้วยการสวมรองเท้าผ้าใบในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่ขับเคลื่อนผ่านพนักงานบริการส่วนหน้า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นนักบิน พนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน พนักงานต้อนรับภาคพื้นดิน ตลอดจนพนักงานสำรองที่นั่ง ซึ่งเปี่ยมไปด้วยพลังและแรงบันดาลใจในการส่งมอบบริการที่เป็นเลิศแก่ผู้โดยสาร&rdquo;

การประกาศนโยบายของสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส ที่อนุญาตให้พนักงานบริการส่วนหน้าสามารถสวมใส่รองเท้าผ้าใบขณะปฏิบัติงานได้ ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการยกระดับมาตรฐานการบริการของอุตสาหกรรมการบินของประเทศไทย โดยคำนึงถึงสุขภาพและสวัสดิภาพของพนักงาน อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพการให้บริการอย่างยั่งยืน
