Domestic Routes:

• Accept all domestic route Except Bangkok – Krabi v.v. and Chiang Mai – Krabi v.v.

International Routes:

• All station: Not Accept

Requirements and Conditions

• Shipper needs to bring the animal health certificate (document issues within 24 hrs.) for show to airlines staff. Additionally, the booking should be made one day prior or 24 hours before the departure time.
• In case of export to Trat, shipper must show an official permit for the movement of animal issued by local government veterinary authority.
• Pet must be at least 8 weeks old
• The pet owner's responsibility to provide a suitable hard kennel or container.
• The airline regrets to inform you that pets that are pregnant, injured, ill or with strong odour will not be accepted.
• Some aircraft do not have the appropriate facilities for AVI service. Please contact please contact to (+66) 2-134-3886 for more details.
• The owners are responsible for providing a cage or an appropriate container for their pet(s), with a limit of 3 animals per cage.
  Note: Containers made entirely of welded mesh or wire mesh are not suitable for air transport.
• Water container must be attached within the pet container with outside or inside access of filling.
• The owners must accept all risks associated with air travel such as injury, sickness or death of their pets during the journey.
