C: Membership information will be retrieved and displayed. For unregistered and non-member user, click &quot;Cancel&quot; to close this window and continue with the booking as guest</p>

<h4>Step 4: Passengers</h4>

<p>A passenger information page will be displayed for your input.<br />
A : Users are required to fill in these mandatory fields; title, first name, last name (according to passport or travel document), gender, telephone number and email<br />
Travel preferences are available for users to collect milage/ point from Frequent Flyer Program, Seat selection and Meal Preference<br />
B : For Frequent Flyer Program, select the preferred airline from the list, then fill in the membership number.<br />
C : For seat preference, 2 types of seats will be available for selection; both aisle and window seat<br />
D : For meal preference, choose one selection from the list of various meal types</p>

<h4>Step 4.1: Passengers (Baggage &amp; Travel Insurance)</h4>

B: Optional Travel Insurance is available to assure and cover losses from travel accident, flight cancellation, baggage lost etc.<br />
C : Once all mandatory fields are filled and preferences are selected, click &quot;Continue&quot; to proceed</p>

D : Click &quot;Proceed without seat selection&quot; to proceed for the payment without any seat preference at this stage<br />
* Seat selection will be available at &quot;MODIFY MY BOOKING&quot; section after the payment is completed<br />
** Seat selection will be unavailable with less than 24 hours prior to flight departure time</p>

<h4>Step 6: Payment</h4>

<p>There are various channels of payment available.</p>

<p>If credit/debit card is chosen<br />
A: Click &quot;CREDIT/ Debit CARD&quot;, fill in the cardholder name, card number, expiry and CVV stated at the back of the card.<br />
B: Read and tick the check box to accept Terms and Conditions, then click &ldquo;Make Reservation&rdquo; to continue<br />
C: The system will direct you to your bank issuer&#39;s page. Fill in the OTP (One Time Password) received via mobile SMS, then click &quot;Submit&quot; to complete the booknig process<br />
*OTP may not be automatically sent for some issuing bank. Please click &ldquo;Request&rdquo; to get OTP.</p>

<h4>6.2: Counter Service (7-eleven) *Not applicable when purchasing with travel insurance</h4>

<p>If Counter Service is chosen, the payment slip will be generated for user as a reference to proceed payment at the convenience store &quot;7-eleven&quot;.<br />
Click &quot;Continue&quot; to acknowledge and return to Bangkok Airways&#39; confirmation page.<br />
The system will send 2 emails to the email account as previously provided in Step 4.<br />
A: The email with subject &quot;Your BangkokAir reference number has been generated&quot;, informs both the transaction amount and time-limit to complete the payment.<br />
B: The email with subject &quot;Bangkok Airways: UNSUCCESSFUL PAYMENT&hellip;..&quot;, informs the unsuccessful payment status including the travel itineraries to check prior to submitting payment.</p>

The system will send 2 emails to the email account as previously provided in Step 4.<br />
A: The email with subject &quot;Bangkok Airways: 1-2-3 Service : Payment Slip #&quot;, informs both the transaction amount and time-limit to complete the payment.<br />
B: The email with subject &quot;Bangkok Airways: UNSUCCESSFUL PAYMENT&hellip;..&quot;, informs the unsuccessful payment status including the travel itineraries to check prior to submitting payment.</p>

<h4>6.4: Direct Debit (WEBPAY)</h4>

<p>If Direct Debit is chosen<br />
A : The system will direct you to the chosen Bank&#39;s website for settlement. Fill in the Login name and password registered with the Bank, then click &quot;Submit&quot;<br />
B : System will show the amount to be settled.<br />
C : Fill in the OTP (One Time Password) received via mobile SMS, then click &quot;OK&quot; to proceed.<br />
D : System will generate the amount settled, payment slip can be printed out for reference.<br />
Click &quot;BACK TO MERCHANT&quot; to return to Bangkok Airways&#39; website. Confirmation email will be sent out shortly.</p>

<p>- You will be advised to fill in the card number, card expiry Month/Year, CVN2, and cash withdrawal BIN OR</p>

<p>- If SMS code is required instead of card withdrawal code, the SMS code will be received via your mobile SMS</p>

<p>Once done, click &quot;Confirm and Pay&quot; to proceed and page will direct you to Bangkok Airways&rsquo; confirmation page.</p>

<h4>6.6: My e-Wallet; Line Pay, WeChat Pay or Alipay</h4>

</ul>

<p>- QR code: You can scan QR code via Line Application to settle the bill. OR</p>

<p>- Log in Account: Fill in account name and password to submit the payment</p>

<p>Once this is done, you will be redirected back to Bangkok Airways&#39; website. Confirmation email will be sent out shortly.</p>

	<li>If Ali Pay is chosen, the system will direct you to Alipay&rsquo;s website for settlement. 2 payment options will be available for you:</li>
</ul>

<p>- QR code: You can scan QR code to settle the bill. OR</p>

<p>- Log in Account: Fill in account name and password to submit the payment</p>

<p>Once this is done, you will be redirected back to Bangkok Airways&#39; website. Confirmation email will be sent out shortly.</p>

<p>- Direct Debit</p>

	<li>Booking Confirmed: indicates that the booking is successfully completed; this is seen in the following payment options:</li>
