The Automated Check-in Service from Bangkok Airways allows those who applied to be automatically checked-in 12 hours before departure time while their boarding pass will be sent to their registered email address.

How to apply for Automated Check-in Service?
FlyerBonus members can apply for the Automated Check-in Service by updating their preferences in 'My Profile' > 'My Preference' menu at www.flyerbonus.com prior to making a reservation. Non-member passengers can request for the Automated Check-in Service while making a reservation via Bangkok Airways Call Center (1771 or +662 270 6699 Call from outside Thailand). The request for each booking will not be carried forward to new reservation (Automated Check-in Service request for non-member passengers during online booking process will be available soon).
How to be checked-in automatically?
The system will automatically check you in and send your boarding pass (printable PDF file or mobile boarding pass) to your registered e-mail address.
If you haven’t chosen a seat during your booking, the seat will be assigned to you automatically. If you would like to change your seat, you can do so by processing through Online Check-in on Bangkok Airways Website or Mobile Application.
Conditions of automated check-in
Automated Check-in is only available for Bangkok Airways domestic flights in Thailand.
Codeshare flights are not eligible.
All passengers holding e-ticket with a confirmed reservation.
Ineligible passengers for Automated Check-in:
Passengers requiring Medical / Special Assistance.
Passengers whose ticket requires some additional payment.
Passengers holding discount fares which require relevant identification card to present upon check-in.
Passengers traveling with checked baggage must arrive at the airport at least 60 minutes before departure and visit Bag Drop Counter. Self-Service Bag Drop is available in Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport, click here for more information.
Passengers traveling without checked baggage can directly proceed to the boarding gate with their boarding pass received from Automated Check-in via an email registered.
Passengers must arrive at the boarding gate at least 40 minutes before departure.
Gate will be closed 15 minutes before departure.
Please have your boarding pass from Automated Check-in and any necessary documents ready.
