<p>Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited would like to inform passengers of a new safety measure prohibiting the use or charging of power banks on board the aircraft. This regulation will take effect on 1 June 2026.</p>

<p>Regarding the carriage of power banks, the following limits apply per passenger:</p>

	<li>Power banks (&le;100 Wh): Maximum of 2 pieces</li>

<p>สำหรับการนำแบตเตอรี่สำรอง (Power Bank) ขึ้นเครื่อง มีข้อกำหนดดังต่อไปนี้:</p>

<p>On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited (BA) held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in a hybrid format-both onsite at the company&rsquo;s headquarters and via electronic media. In attendance were shareholders and proxy holders, totaling 931 participants and representing 1,705,362,475 shares.</p>

<p>During the meeting, the Board of Directors presented the company&rsquo;s operating performance for 2025, its sustainability strategy for 2026, and its future business direction, with the objective of ensuring transparency and reinforcing shareholder confidence in the company&rsquo;s long-term growth.</p>

<p>All agenda items proposed by the Board were duly reviewed and approved by the shareholders, in full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.</p>

<p>The meeting also approved an additional dividend payment of THB 0.70 per share, scheduled for distribution on April 22, 2026. Including the interim dividend of THB 0.50 per share paid earlier on September 26, 2025, the total dividend for the 2025 performance amounts to THB 1.20 per share.</p>


<p>บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ BA จัดการประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี 2569 เมื่อวันพุธที่ 8 เมษายน 2569 เวลา 13.00 น. ในรูปแบบ Hybrid Meeting ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 18 สำนักงานใหญ่ ของบริษัท และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ โดยมีนายพุฒิพงศ์ ปราสาททองโอสถ รองประธานกรรมการบริษัท ทำหน้าที่ประธานในที่ประชุม พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการและคณะผู้บริหาร โดยมีผู้ถือหุ้นและผู้รับมอบฉันทะ เข้าร่วมการประชุมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 931 ราย คิดเป็นจำนวนหุ้นทั้งสิ้น 1,705,362,475 หุ้น ครบเป็นองค์ประชุมตามที่กฏหมายกำหนด</p>

<p>ในการประชุม คณะกรรมการได้นำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานในรอบปี 2568 แผนการดำเนินงานด้านความยั่งยืนของปี 2569 และทิศทางการเติบโตในอนาคตของบริษัท รวมถึงได้นำเสนอวาระเพื่อการพิจารณาอนุมัติ ของผู้ถือหุ้นตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด โดยที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น มีมติอนุมัติทุกวาระตามที่คณะกรรมการนำเสนอ พร้อมอนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผลเพิ่มเติมในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.70 บาท กำหนดจ่ายเงินปันผลในวันที่ 22 เมษายน 2569 ทั้งนี้ เมื่อรวมเงินปันผลระหว่างกาล ที่ได้จ่ายให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นไปแล้ว เมื่อวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2568 ในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.50 บาท ส่งผลให้เงินปันผลรวมจากผลการดำเนินงานปี 2568 อยู่ที่หุ้นละ 1.20 บาท</p>

<ol>
	<li>This Customer Satisfaction Survey 2/2005 Invitation is for invited passengers only who flew with Bangkok Airways Company Limited (&ldquo;Bangkok Airways&rdquo;) between 1 1 July and 20 December 2025 only.</li>
	<li>Individuals submitting the survey more than once per an invitation will not be eligible for the prize.</li>
	<li>Winners will be announced and posted on esurvey.bangkokair.com on 7 January 2026.</li>
	<li>Lucky winners will receive an email providing further information about the prize and how to claim it. Bangkok Airways is not obligated or liable in cases whereby contact is unsuccessful and/or failed email delivery.</li>
	<li>Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize by replying to the email within 30 days from the winner&rsquo;s announcement date. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 30 days after the announcement, they will automatically forego the rights to claim the prize.</li>
	<li>Each winner will be eligible to receive only the highest prize.</li>
	<li>Winners receiving awards valued at more than Baht 1,000 are responsible for withholding taxes (5% of the prize value). Each recipient of a round-trip flight ticket prize is responsible for payment of a THB 500 ticket issuing fee and THB 260 in airport taxes.</li>
	<li>Bangkok Airways reserves the right to select substitute winner(s) in the event that first selected winners are deemed ineligible for the prize and/or does not accept the prize and/or does not pay withholding tax within due date. If the substitute winner does not accept the prize and/or pay withholding tax within due date, the company reserves the right to withdraw the prize.</li>
	<li>Winners must present proof of identity when claiming their prize. After the winners have been announced, each winner will receive an email notification.</li>
	<li>The prizes offered are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or kind.</li>
	<li>All winners agree to the use of their names and images in any promotional activity following the survey.</li>
	<li>Employees of Bangkok Airways and any person directly or indirectly involved in the organization or running of the survey or their direct family members are not eligible for the prize.</li>
	<li>The reservation of the two-seat prize must be under one booking code. The lucky winner and the travel party must travel on the same flights, dates, time, and destinations.</li>
	<li>Once ticket(s) are issued, they are not re-routable, transferable nor refundable.</li>
	<li>Participants undertaking the survey in the sequence of 100th, 300th, 500th, 700th, 900th and 1100th will receive 2 roundtrip economy class tickets between Bangkok &ndash; Phuket (6 prizes, 2 tickets per prize).</li>
	<li>Participant undertaking the survey in the sequence of 200th, 400th, 600th, 800th, 1000th and 1200th will be substitute winner(s) for 2 roundtrip economy class tickets between Bangkok &ndash; Phuket (6 prizes, 2 tickets per prize).</li>
	<li>In the event that there are fewer participants than those listed in Terms and Conditions no. 15-16, Bangkok Airways will postpone the last participant in place of 1200, sub-last participant in place of 1100 and so on, until there are real participants in Terms and Conditions no. 15-16.</li>
	<li>Winners must travel within the dates specified on the lucky winner certificate. In the event that the flight is cancelled or no longer operates the specified flight route, Bangkok Airways reserves the right to offer alternative Bangkok Airways flight arrangements.</li>

	<li>ผู้ได้รับรางวัลที่มีสิทธิ์ร่วมรายการและรับรางวัล จะต้องเป็นท่านผู้โดยสารที่ได้รับการเรียนเชิญจากบริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ &ldquo;บริษัทฯ&rdquo; ให้ร่วมตอบแบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า ครั้งที่ 2 ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2568 และมีการเดินทางกับบริษัทฯ ระหว่างวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม ถึงวันที่ 20 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 เท่านั้น</li>
	<li>ผู้โดยสารที่ได้รับการเรียนเชิญสามารถตอบแบบสำรวจได้เพียง 1 ครั้งต่อการเชิญเท่านั้น บริษัท ฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเลิกสิทธิ์ในการรับรางวัล หากพบว่าท่านผู้ได้รับรางวัลตอบและส่งแบบสำรวจมากกว่า 1 ครั้งต่อการเชิญ</li>
	<li>กำหนดประกาศรายชื่อผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ esurvey.bangkokair.com ตั้งแต่ 7 มกราคม 2569</li>
	<li>บริษัทฯ จะทำจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-mail) แจ้งให้ผู้ได้รับรางวัลทราบ โดยจะระบุถึงรายละเอียดรางวัล และการขอรับรางวัล บริษัทฯ ไม่มีความรับผิดชอบใด ๆ หากเกิดข้อขัดข้องกับการส่งจดหมายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่ไม่ได้เป็นสาเหตุจากบริษัท</li>
	<li>หากบริษัทฯ ไม่ได้รับการติดต่อกลับจากผู้ได้รับรางวัลภายในระยะเวลา 30 วันนับจากวันที่ประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัล ให้ถือว่าเป็นการสละสิทธิ์รับรางวัล</li>
	<li>ผู้ได้รับรางวัลมีสิทธิ์รับรางวัลสูงสุดเพียงรางวัลเดียวเท่านั้น</li>
	<li>ผู้ได้รับรางวัลที่ได้รับรางวัลมูลค่า 1,000 บาทขึ้นไปจะต้องชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5 % ของมูลค่าของรางวัล ผู้ได้รับรางวัลบัตรโดยสารจะต้องชำระค่าออกบัตรโดยสาร 500 บาทต่อผู้โดยสาร 1 ท่าน และภาษีสนามบิน 260 บาท ต่อผู้โดยสาร 1 ท่าน</li>
	<li>บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเลือกผู้ได้รับรางวัลสำรองไว้ ในกรณีที่ผู้ได้รับรางวัลมีคุณสมบัติไม่ครบถ้วนและ/หรือไม่ได้ตอบรับรางวัล และ/หรือ ไม่ได้ชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายภายในกำหนด ทั้งนี้หากไม่ได้รับการตอบรับรางวัลและ/หรือการชำระภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายจากผู้รับรางวัลสำรองภายในกำหนด บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการงดให้รางวัลนั้น ๆ</li>
	<li>ผู้ได้รับรางวัลต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัว เพื่อขอรับรางวัล หลังการประกาศรางวัลซึ่งผู้โชคดีแต่ละท่านจะได้รับการแจ้งทางอีเมล</li>
	<li>ของรางวัลไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือแลกเป็นของรางวัลอย่างอื่นได้</li>
	<li>บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการถ่ายรูปผู้ได้รับของรางวัล เพื่อเป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์ของบริษัทฯ สำหรับภาพถ่ายของผู้ได้รับรางวัลถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของบริษัทฯ สามารถนำไปใช้เผยแพร่เพื่อเป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์บริษัทฯ ได้</li>

<p>In compliance with the international civil aviation standard regarding the use of standard passenger and baggage weights for weight &amp; balance calculation purposes, the conducting of a standard weights survey is essential to the safety and efficiency of a flight in determining that the actual weight does not exceed the maximum take-off weight limitation. <strong>From 15 September to 31 October 2023, we would like to collect the information by weighing passenger including carry-on baggage at the boarding gate</strong>.</p>

<p>Therefore, we assure that the information will be kept confidential and will be used to update standard passenger and baggage weights information.</p>

<p><strong>ตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 กันยายน &ndash; 31 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2566 บริษัทฯ ขออนุญาตทำการเก็บข้อมูลโดยการชั่งน้ำหนักผู้โดยสารรวมสัมภาระถือขึ้นเครื่อง ณ บริเวณประตูทางออกขึ้นเครื่อง</strong> จึงขอความร่วมมือจากท่านผู้โดยสารทำการชั่งน้ำหนักดังกล่าว</p>

<p>ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอยืนยันว่าข้อมูลจะถูกเก็บไว้เป็นความลับ และจะนำไปใช้เพื่อปรับปรุงข้อมูลเกณฑ์น้ำหนักเฉลี่ยมาตรฐานเท่านั้น</p>

<p><strong>Bangkok / 29 March 2021 -</strong> Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited would like to announce that it has been necessary to reduce the check-in counters at Suvarnabhumi Airport due to immediate area improvements that are scheduled to be done by the Airports of Thailand. Some of the counters in row F will be now be used as the new area for automatic baggage drop machines. Therefore, Bangkok Airways check-in counters will be available from counter F1 to F10.</p>

<p>The airline would like to apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused by this change.</p>

<p><strong>Bangkok / 8 January 2021&nbsp;&ndash;</strong> Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19 as well as the recent announcement from&nbsp;the Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) that urges people not to travel inter-city during this time; Bangkok Airways would like to announce more temporary route suspensions which are Samui &ndash; Phuket (round trip) and Phuket &ndash; Hat Yai (round trip) from<br />
10 - 31 January 2021.</p>

<p>Moreover, the airline will temporary close its ticketing office located on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road (Headquarter) from 11 &ndash; 31 January 2021. However, passengers can still reach Bangkok Airways via the following channels;</p>

<p><strong>กรุงเทพฯ / 8 มกราคม 2564 &ndash;</strong> จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) และประกาศของ ศบค. ในการขอความร่วมมือประชาชนชะลอการเดินทางข้ามจังหวัด บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องประกาศยกเลิกเที่ยวบินเป็นการชั่วคราวเพิ่มเติม จำนวน 2 เส้นทางบิน ได้แก่ เส้นทาง สมุย - ภูเก็ต (ไป-กลับ) และเส้นทาง ภูเก็ต &ndash; หาดใหญ่ (ไป-กลับ) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 10-31 มกราคม 2564</p>

<p>และจะปิดให้บริการสำนักงานออกบัตรโดยสาร สำนักงานใหญ่ (ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต) เป็นการชั่วคราว ตั้งแต่วันที่<br />

<p><strong>Bangkok / 5 January 2021&nbsp;&ndash;</strong> Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19 as well as the recent announcement from&nbsp;the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) that some Thai cities have added more restrictions:&nbsp; Therefore, Bangkok Airways would like to announce the delay of planned new route launch dates, temporary reduction of flights to some destinations, and temporary closure of all of its passenger lounges plus food and beverage kiosks from 8 January 2021 onwards.</p>

<p>Details of flight reductions, suspension of lounge services closure are as follows;</p>

<p><strong>1. New launch date for the three new routes</strong></p>

	<li>Bangkok &ndash; Hat Yai (round-trip) will be launched on 1 April 2021</li>
	<li>Bangkok &ndash; Khon Kaen (round-trip) will be launched on 1 May 2021</li>

<p><strong>4. Temporary closure of all passenger lounges including service kiosks at all available airports</strong> from 8 - 31 January 2021.</p>

<p>However, passengers will still receive a snacks bag (to take home) on board all Bangkok Airways flights.</p>

<p>Passengers affected by temporary flight reductions and route suspensions may rebook their tickets without any change fees. For passengers who booked their tickets directly through Bangkok Airways, they may contact the airline&rsquo;s call center 1771 or +66 2270 6699 during 08.00hrs.-20.00hrs.&nbsp;Passengers who booked their tickets through travel agencies are advised to directly contact their agents for further arrangements.</p>

	<li>Passengers must wear a protective mask/face covering upon entering the lounge and courtesy corner.</li>
	<li>Passengers are required to have body temperatures checked before entering lounge. If any passengers are found with body temperature equal or over 37.5&deg;C with any signs of infection include cough, runny nose and respiratory symptoms; they are not allowed inside the lounge.</li>
	<li>No outside food or drinks allowed inside the lounges</li>
	<li>The number of passengers inside the lounge will be limited by seating capacity and physical distancing practice.</li>
	<li>Rearrangement of the seating area is prohibited.</li>
	<li>To tighten the measurement as per directive from Government Authority, Buffet line will be temporarily suspended and replaced with a &quot;SNACK BOX&quot; with being effective from January 01st, 2021 onwards</li>
	<li><strong>Blue Ribbon Club Lounge :</strong> Alcohol beverages will be temporarily unavailable for the time being.</li>
	<li>The following services will be temporarily suspended due to hygiene reasons; kids play room, shower room, restroom, massage chair, newspaper and magazines</li>

<p style="text-align:left !important;">Samui Airport, under the management of Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited, is set to resume operations by stepping up precautionary measures to ensure highest safety level to all passengers and employees and to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The measures are in compliance with the regulations laid out by the Ministry of Public Health and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand for domestic travel during COVID-19 pandemic.</p>

<p>The precautionary measures are to ensure safety to our passengers, customers and employees of all the businesses at the airport.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;"><strong>Passenger safety measures </strong></p>

<p>Passengers are required to fill out health declaration form by Samui Municipality at port of origin and to wear masks at all time during their journey. The airport will provide social distancing arrangements at all service areas with sign boards and floor markers to indicate necessary distance. The airport has also put in place screening points to check body temperature of all passengers and wearing masks is mandatory before entering the terminal. For arrival passengers, adequate alcohol-based hand sanitizers will be provided at all traffic areas.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;"><strong>Airport cleaning measures</strong></p>

<p>Airport disinfectant cleaning is set to be done on hourly basis while common service areas and high-traffic areas will be cleaned more frequently. Disinfectant spray will be used to clean restrooms and toiletries e.g. hand soaps, paper napkins will be provided for adequate use.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;"><strong>Safety measures for airport tenants and its employees</strong></p>

<p>Employees of all airport tenants must NOT have travel history to or live in high-infected areas within the timeframe as designated by the government. All are required to wear masks, gloves, pass through temperature screening points before entering the premises, and wash their hands frequently. All businesses are required to put up signs informing customers to wear masks, provide alcohol-based hand sanitizer and arrange appropriate social distancing for queuing as regulated.</p>

<p>Restaurants and food kiosks to offer take away service or arrange necessary physical distancing on table layouts and seating if wish to provide dine-in service. It is required to use restaurants&rsquo; own utensils only and to clean table and chairs every time after single service.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;"><strong>Airport employee safety measures</strong></p>

<p>All airport employees must NOT have travel history to or live in high-infected areas within the timeframe as designated by the government. All are required to wear masks, gloves and other personal protective equipment at all time when on duty, pass through temperature screening points before entering the premises, and wash their hands frequently. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are provided for all airport staff.</p>

<p>Samui Airport has in place the screening procedures in regards to passengers, customers, or employees found with high body temperature. They will not be allowed to enter the terminal and will be escorted to separate waiting area. If any suspected case found with other risk factors, for example, signs of respiratory symptoms, a medical history of pneumonia, travel history to or live in high-infected areas or those who have occupations that are in close contact with tourists, or work in high traffic environment or large crowd and those in close contact with infected patients or suspects within the last 14 days, will be immediately reported to their respective companies in case of employee. Each company will follow their procedures in taking care of their employees who may have been infected with the virus. For passengers and airport customers, the case will directly be reported to the airlines and airport medical unit to comply with the procedures set by Department of Decease Control, the Ministry of Public Health.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;"><strong>มาตรการในการให้บริการผู้โดยสาร</strong></p>

<p>ผู้โดยสารที่จะเดินทางมายังเกาะสมุยจะต้องกรอกข้อมูลในแบบฟอร์มของเทศบาลนครเกาะสมุยให้ครบถ้วน ณ สถานีต้นทาง ผู้โดยสารต้องสวมหน้ากากอนามัยตลอดการเดินทางบนเที่ยวบินและตลอดเวลาที่อยู่ภายในสนามบินฯ สนามบินฯ จะจัดพื้นที่ในการให้บริการต่างๆ โดยเว้นระยะห่าง (Social Distancing) ตามที่กำหนด มีป้ายแจ้งเตือน&nbsp; และมีสัญลักษณ์บนพื้น มีการตั้งจุดคัดกรอง เพื่อตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิร่างกายและตรวจสอบการสวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัย ก่อนจะผ่านเข้าอาคารตรวจรับบัตรโดยสาร อาคารผู้โดยสารขาออก และจัดให้มีจุดบริการเจลแอลกอฮอล์สำหรับล้างมือในพื้นที่ต่างๆ</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;"><strong>มาตรการในการทำความสะอาดอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ</strong></p>

<p>สนามบินฯ จะทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ให้บริการต่างๆ ด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อโรค ทุก 1 ชั่วโมง และทำความสะอาดทันทีหลังพื้นที่นั้นถูกใช้บริการ รวมทั้งเพิ่มความถี่ในการทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ใช้สอยร่วม และจุดที่มีการสัมผัสร่วมกันบ่อยครั้งรวมถึงฉีดพ่นสเปรย์ฆ่าเชื้อภายในห้องน้ำหลังจากทำความสะอาด เตรียมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในห้องน้ำ เช่น สบู่ล้างมือ กระดาษเช็ดมือ ให้มีจำนวนที่เพียงพอต่อการใช้บริการ</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;"><strong>มาตรการในการกำกับดูแลร้านค้า ผู้เช่าพื้นที่ และเคาน์เตอร์ต่างๆ</strong></p>

<p>พนักงานผู้ให้บริการต้องไม่มีประวัติเดินทางหรือพักอาศัยในพื้นที่เสี่ยงภายในเวลาตามที่ภาครัฐกำหนด โดยจะต้องถูกตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิในจุดที่สนามบินฯ กำหนดก่อนเข้าปฏิบัติงาน และสวมหน้ากากอนามัย ถุงมือ ตลอดเวลา และล้างมือทุกครั้งที่ให้บริการ ติดป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์หน้าร้าน หรือเคาน์เตอร์ เพื่อแจ้งเตือนให้ผู้ใช้บริการสวมหน้ากากอนามัย และจัดเตรียมเจลแอลกอฮอล์ล้างมือ จัดระยะห่าง (Social Distancing) ในการรอคิวให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด</p>

<p>ร้านอาหารให้เสนอขายแบบ Take Away หรือหากจะจัดเก้าอี้นั่งทานในร้าน จะต้องจัดให้มีระยะห่างตามกำหนด (Social Distancing) โดยใช้ภาชนะของทางร้านเท่านั้น และทำความสะอาดโต๊ะ เก้าอี้ ทุกครั้งหลังมีการใช้บริการด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อโรค สำหรับยานพาหนะที่จัดให้บริการต้องจัดที่นั่งแบบมีระยะห่างตามที่กำหนด</p>

<p style="margin-left: 40px;"><strong>มาตรการในการกำกับดูแลผู้ปฏิบัติงานในสนามบินฯ</strong></p>

<p>ตรวจสอบพนักงานให้มีความพร้อมต่อการให้บริการ ต้องไม่มีประวัติเดินทางหรือพักอาศัยในพื้นที่เสี่ยงภายในเวลาตามที่ภาครัฐกำหนด ก่อนเวลาเข้าปฏิบัติงาน จะต้องผ่านการคัดกรอง ณ บริเวณจุดคัดกรอง สวมหน้ากากอนามัยหรือเครื่องป้องกันอื่นตลอดเวลา สวมใส่ถุงมือทุกครั้งในการให้บริการล้างมือสม่ำเสมอ และจัดให้มีเจลแอลกอฮอล์ล้างมือสำหรับพนักงาน</p>

<p>ทั้งนี้ ทางสนามบินฯ มีแนวทางในการคัดกรองโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) &nbsp;หากเจ้าหน้าที่คัดกรองตรวจพบผู้โดยสาร ผู้มาใช้บริการ หรือพนักงาน ที่มีอุณหภูมิร่างกายไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด จะถูกปฏิเสธการเข้าพื้นที่ และจัดให้อยู่ในพื้นที่พักคอย หากมีปัจจัยเสี่ยงอื่นๆ ร่วมด้วย เช่น มีอาการเกี่ยวกับระบบทางเดินหายใจอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง มีโรคปอดอักเสบ และเข้าข่ายเกณฑ์ต้องสงสัยติดเชื้อโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) มีประวัติการเดินทางหรืออาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่เกิดโรค หรือประกอบอาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนักท่องเที่ยว สถานที่แออัด หรือติดต่อคนจำนวนมาก หรือเคยไปในสถานที่ชุมนุมหรือสถานที่ที่มีการรวมกลุ่มคน หรือสัมผัสผู้ป่วยยืนยันติดเชื้อโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ในช่วงระยะเวลา 14 วัน ทางเจ้าหน้าที่คัดกรองจะแจ้งไปยังหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดของพนักงาน เพื่อดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนของแต่ละหน่วยงาน ส่วนกรณีผู้โดยสาร และผู้มาใช้บริการ จะแจ้งไปยังสายการบินฯ หน่วยงานทางการแพทย์ของสนามบินฯ เพื่อดำเนินการตามแนวทางปฏิบัติของกรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุขต่อไป</p>

<p>Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited enhances precautionary measures and social distancing practices on passenger service during COVID-19 pandemic to ensure safe travel and to help prevent the spread of the virus as well as to provide travel confidence to airline and airport customers for their health and wellbeing.</p>

<p>The measures are in compliance with the regulations laid out by the Ministry of Public Health and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand for domestic travel during COVID-19 pandemic and are as follow;</p>

	<li>Passenger screening procedures are in line with Airports of Thailand (AOT). Any passenger who is found with body temperature higher than 37.3 celsius or exhibits respiratory symptoms such as cough, sneeze or suspected of any risk factors, will not be accepted to travel.</li>
	<li>The airline will ensure safe distances between passengers at all service counters. Floor markings will be added to maintain appropriate social distancing at all service counters, waiting areas and on transfer bus.</li>
	<li>Suspension of in-flight food and beverage service and consumption of personal food and drink is not allowed onboard.</li>
	<li>All cabin crew will be wearing protective masks and gloves at all times when on duty.</li>
	<li>Passengers are required to bring and wear masks at all times during flight.</li>
</ul>

<p>Precautionary measures at airports under the management of Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited which are Samui Airport, Sukhothai Airport and Trat Airport, have been in place in accordance to safety measures and social distancing guidelines set by the Ministry of Public Health and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand as follow;</p>

	<li>Airports will conduct body temperature screening to all passengers, customers and employees. If anyone found with high body temperature, they will not be allowed to enter the premises and the airports will strictly follow the procedures set by Department of Decease Control, the Ministry of Public Health to report the case.</li>
	<li>Floor markers will be placed to indicate necessary social distancing at check-in counters, baggage claim areas, waiting areas and on transfer bus.</li>

<p>From 5am on November 19th, 2019, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Suvarnabhumi</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Airport</st1:placetype></st1:place> will relocate screening of domestic passengers to alleviate overcrowding on the fourth floor. The measure is also being put in place to address the confusion and inconsistency caused by having outbound passengers who have already been searched in the same area as incoming arrivals who have not yet been through security. The change in screening location will mean 100% of departing passengers will be security-checked, in compliance with the National Civil Aviation Plan.</p>

<p>The airport will cancel two of its domestic passenger security screening points;</p>

	<li>Transit (international to domestic) passenger security screening on the 2nd floor of Concourse B</li>

<p>ตั้งแต่เวลา 05.00 น. ของวันอังคารที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2562&nbsp;ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ&nbsp;จะเปลี่ยนการให้บริการการตรวจค้นผู้โดยสารภายในประเทศเป็นแบบ Concourse Screening เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความแออัดของผู้โดยสารบริเวณจุดตรวจค้นภายในประเทศ ชั้น 4 (เดิม)&nbsp;และแก้ไขข้อขัดข้องการใช้พื้นที่ปะปนกันของผู้โดยสารขาออกที่ผ่านการตรวจค้นแล้วกับผู้โดยสารขาเข้าที่ยังไม่ได้ผ่านการตรวจค้น&nbsp; เพื่อทำให้ผู้โดยสารที่เดินทางไปกับอากาศยานที่ออกจากท่าอากาศยานฯ ได้รับการตรวจค้น 100% ซึ่งเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดที่ระบุไว้ในแผนรักษาความปลอดภัยการบินพลเรือนแห่งชาติ</p>

<p>โดยท่าอากาศยานฯ จะยกเลิกจุดตรวจค้นผู้โดยสารภายในประเทศ จำนวน 2 จุด ได้แก่</p>

	<li>จุดตรวจค้นผู้โดยสารภายในประเทศ บริเวณอาคารผู้โดยสาร ชั้น 4 และ</li>
	<li>จุดตรวจค้นผู้โดยสารผ่านและเปลี่ยนลำจากต่างประเทศไปภายในประเทศ (INTER to DOM) บริเวณ Concourse B ชั้น 2</li>
</ol>

<p>และเปิดให้บริการจุดตรวจค้นผู้โดยสารภายในประเทศใหม่ จำนวน 4 จุด ได้แก่</p>

<p>According to the announcement of EASA SIB 2017-1, regarding the recall of portable electronic devices due to issues with batteries especially the recall of MacBook Pro units supplied by Apple Inc. between September 2015 and February 2017 and only selected product serial numbers are affected.</p>

<p>As the safety is our first priority, BANGKOK AIRWAYS RECOMMEND passenger who carrying the 15-inch Apple MacBook Pro laptop, sold between September 2015 to February 2017 that is assessed that it falls within the scope of applicability of EASA SIB 2017-01 to verify whether your product is affected by accessing to the manufacturer&#39;s website at&nbsp;<a href="https://support.apple.com/th-th/15-inch-macbook-pro-battery-recall">https://support.apple.com/th-th/15-inch-macbook-pro-battery-recall</a>.</p>

<p>Passenger are requested to present the proof that the affected MacBook Pro is fixed to our check-in staffs&nbsp;<u>otherwise</u>&nbsp;the device must be switched off or not be charged throughout the flight.</p>

In this concern, Bangkok Airways Passenger with onward journey to International destinations with participating carriers and transfer at Suvarnabhumi Airport from 16th September 2016 onwards, can check &ndash;in and check through their baggage to final destination, issue boarding pass, complete Customs and Immigration Quarantine (CIQ) at the new International Terminal. <strong>Bangkok Airways check-in counter at the new Phuket International Terminal is located at check-in row E.</strong> For passenger traveling domestically, check-in counter and departure gate will remain at the Domestic Terminal.</p>

<p>Kindly be informed that the Phuket Lounge will be closed for renovations between 10 November - 12 December 2012 and. Upon reopening on 13 December 2012, the new lounge will have capacity to cater for as many as 60 passengers. During the renovation period, a kiosk providing light refreshments and beverages will be operational in the Departures area.</p>

<p>The new estimate reopening date is 24 December 2012 due to the delay of interior.&nbsp;</p>

<p>สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส ขอแจ้งการปิดปรับปรุงห้องรับรองผู้โดยสารภายในประเทศ สถานีภูเก็ต ตั้งแต่วันที่ 10 พ.ย.&nbsp; ถึง 12 ธ.ค. 2555 ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้ดูทันสมัย และสอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์ของสายการบินฯ&nbsp; โดยคาดว่าจะเปิดบริการได้ใหม่ในวันที่ 13 ธันวาคม 2555 การปรับปรุงครั้งนี้ จะเพิ่มพื้นที่รองรับผู้โดยสารให้มากขึ้นเป็น 60 ที่นั่ง (ในปัจจุบันสามารถรองรับได้ 25-30 ที่นั่ง) ซึ่งช่วงที่ปิดให้บริการนั้น ห้องรับรองนั้น บางกอกแอร์เวย์สได้จัดเตรียมซุ้มเพื่อบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม บริเวณพื้นที่ของผู้โดยสารขาออก</p>

<p>เนื่องจากความล่าช้าของการตกแต่งภายใน ห้องรับรองจะเปิดให้บริการในวันที่ 24 ธันวาคม 2555</p>

Bangkok Airways Fuel & Surcharge Announcement

<p>
	Bangkok Airways will implement restrictions on the carriage of liquids, aerosols and gels from 1 June 2007. The changes are in line with new guidelines set by the international Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). These measures will apply to flights departing Bangkok Airways, as well as those who are making transit/ transfer connections in Bangkok.</p>
<h2 class="p3">
	The restrictions are as follows</h2>
<ol class="ol1">
	<li class="li4">
		Liquids, gels and aerosols will only be allowed in cabin baggage if they are kept in containers with volumes of not more than 100 ml each.</li>
	<li class="li4">
		These containers fit comfortably in a clear, re-sealable plastic bag. The total volume of the bag must not exceed 1 litre.</li>
	<li class="li4">
		Each person is allowed to carry only one such plastic bag.</li>
	<li class="li4">
		The bag must be removed from cabin baggage and presented to security personnel for visual examination.</li>
</ol>
<h2 class="p3">
	Examples of liquids, aerosols and gels include</h2>
<ol class="ol1">
	<li class="li4">
		Liquids, all liquids including beverages, soups and syrups</li>
	<li class="li4">
		gels, including hair and shower gels</li>
	<li class="li4">
		pastes, including toothpastes</li>
	<li class="li4">
		creams, lotions and oils</li>
	<li class="li4">
		contents of aerosol cans, including sprays, shaving foam, deodorants</li>
	<li class="li4">
		mascara</li>
	<li class="li4">

		Liquids, Are permitted in cabin baggage.</li>

		Must be removed from cabin baggage and declared to security personnel at the checkpoint. These items may be subject to security checks.</li>
	<li class="li4">
		Customers with prescription medicine are advised to bring along supporting documentation (e.g. ID cards, letters from doctors) as verification.</li>

		Items, which are not permitted through security checkpoints due to the &quot;Liquids, Aerosols and Gels&quot; restrictions, will be disposed off at the gate.</li>

Liquids, Aerosols and Gels Rules

<p>As part of efforts to minimise credit card fraud, Bangkok Airways employs a third party fraud prevention operator to audit all payment transactions. As such, we continue to inform <strong>card holders that they <span style="color:#b22222">must be</span> one of the travelling party listed in the itinerary</strong> which will also alleviate unnecessary delays at check-in.&nbsp;</p>

<p>If you have paid by virtual credit card, you need to present evidence of the transaction in order to prove ticket purchase.</p>

<p>During the check-in process at the airport, Bangkok Airways will perform a random check on the credit card used for online payment. Failure to present the card or proof of payment will result in passengers being required to purchase new tickets for all sectors. All transactions by any type of corporate or commercial card are required to verify your purchase by presenting the card to our check-in personnel. Passengers will be denied boarding if found to be traveling with a fraudulent card.</p>
