Bangkok / 29 March 2021 - Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited would like to announce that it has been necessary to reduce the check-in counters at Suvarnabhumi Airport due to immediate area improvements that are scheduled to be done by the Airports of Thailand. Some of the counters in row F will be now be used as the new area for automatic baggage drop machines. Therefore, Bangkok Airways check-in counters will be available from counter F1 to F10.
The airline would like to apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused by this change.
