Bangkok / 8 January 2021&nbsp;&ndash; Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19 as well as the recent announcement from&nbsp;the Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) that urges people not to travel inter-city during this time; Bangkok Airways would like to announce more temporary route suspensions which are Samui &ndash; Phuket (round trip) and Phuket &ndash; Hat Yai (round trip) from 
10 - 31 January 2021.

Moreover, the airline will temporary close its ticketing office located on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road (Headquarter) from 11 &ndash; 31 January 2021. However, passengers can still reach Bangkok Airways via the following channels;

Passengers affected by temporary flight reductions and route suspensions may rebook their tickets without any change fees. For passengers who booked their tickets directly through Bangkok Airways, they may contact the airline via above contact channels.&nbsp;Passengers who booked their tickets through travel agencies are advised to directly contact their agents for further arrangements.&nbsp;

Moreover, the airline encourages passengers to check announcements, orders, and travel procedures, for each destination prior to travel from the related authorities such as:

กรุงเทพฯ / 8 มกราคม 2564 &ndash; จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) และประกาศของ ศบค. ในการขอความร่วมมือประชาชนชะลอการเดินทางข้ามจังหวัด บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องประกาศยกเลิกเที่ยวบินเป็นการชั่วคราวเพิ่มเติม จำนวน 2 เส้นทางบิน ได้แก่ เส้นทาง สมุย - ภูเก็ต (ไป-กลับ) และเส้นทาง ภูเก็ต &ndash; หาดใหญ่ (ไป-กลับ) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 10-31 มกราคม 2564

และจะปิดให้บริการสำนักงานออกบัตรโดยสาร สำนักงานใหญ่ (ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต) เป็นการชั่วคราว ตั้งแต่วันที่ 
11-31 มกราคม 2564 ทั้งนี้ ผู้โดยสารสามารถติดต่อบริษัทฯ ได้ตามช่องทางต่างๆ ดังนี้

ผู้โดยสารที่ถือบัตรโดยสารในเที่ยวบินที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการยกเลิกเที่ยวบินดังกล่าว สามารถติดต่อสายการบินฯเพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางได้โดยไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมในการเปลี่ยนแปลงบัตรโดยสาร สำหรับผู้โดยสารที่ออกบัตรโดยสารผ่านทางตัวแทนจำหน่าย กรุณาติดต่อตัวแทนจำหน่ายของท่าน

ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ แนะนำผู้โดยสารตรวจสอบ ประกาศ คำสั่งและข้อกำหนดต่างๆ ของจังหวัดหรือเมืองปลายทางที่ต้องการจะเดินทางเข้าออกก่อนเดินทาง จากหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ
