On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited (BA) held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in a hybrid format-both onsite at the company&rsquo;s headquarters and via electronic media. In attendance were shareholders and proxy holders, totaling 931 participants and representing 1,705,362,475 shares.

During the meeting, the Board of Directors presented the company&rsquo;s operating performance for 2025, its sustainability strategy for 2026, and its future business direction, with the objective of ensuring transparency and reinforcing shareholder confidence in the company&rsquo;s long-term growth.

All agenda items proposed by the Board were duly reviewed and approved by the shareholders, in full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.

The meeting also approved an additional dividend payment of THB 0.70 per share, scheduled for distribution on April 22, 2026. Including the interim dividend of THB 0.50 per share paid earlier on September 26, 2025, the total dividend for the 2025 performance amounts to THB 1.20 per share.

บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ BA จัดการประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี 2569 เมื่อวันพุธที่ 8 เมษายน 2569 เวลา 13.00 น. ในรูปแบบ Hybrid Meeting ณ ห้องประชุม ชั้น 18 สำนักงานใหญ่ ของบริษัท และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ โดยมีนายพุฒิพงศ์ ปราสาททองโอสถ รองประธานกรรมการบริษัท ทำหน้าที่ประธานในที่ประชุม พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการและคณะผู้บริหาร โดยมีผู้ถือหุ้นและผู้รับมอบฉันทะ เข้าร่วมการประชุมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 931 ราย คิดเป็นจำนวนหุ้นทั้งสิ้น 1,705,362,475 หุ้น ครบเป็นองค์ประชุมตามที่กฏหมายกำหนด

ในการประชุม คณะกรรมการได้นำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานในรอบปี 2568 แผนการดำเนินงานด้านความยั่งยืนของปี 2569 และทิศทางการเติบโตในอนาคตของบริษัท รวมถึงได้นำเสนอวาระเพื่อการพิจารณาอนุมัติ ของผู้ถือหุ้นตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด โดยที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น มีมติอนุมัติทุกวาระตามที่คณะกรรมการนำเสนอ พร้อมอนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผลเพิ่มเติมในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.70 บาท กำหนดจ่ายเงินปันผลในวันที่ 22 เมษายน 2569 ทั้งนี้ เมื่อรวมเงินปันผลระหว่างกาล ที่ได้จ่ายให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นไปแล้ว เมื่อวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2568 ในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.50 บาท ส่งผลให้เงินปันผลรวมจากผลการดำเนินงานปี 2568 อยู่ที่หุ้นละ 1.20 บาท
