<h3>At Suvarnabhumi Airport. Bangkok Airways Check-in and Ticketing Office locations</h3>

<ol>
	<li>Kiosk Check-in are located at Passenger Terminal level 4. Self-Service Bag Drop are located at Check-in Row D, E and also avaiable at Row B, C, J and R.</li>
	<li>Agent Service Desk is&nbsp;located at Row D, Passenger terminal level 4.</li>
	<li>Ticketing office is located in passenger terminal level 6 opposite to entrance number 3.</li>
</ol>

<h3>Minimum Connecting Time (MCT)</h3>

<p>If passenger has connecting flight to/from Bangkok Airways, we require Minimum Connecting Time (MCT) as followings:</p>

<ul>
	<li>International to Domestic 90 minutes</li>
	<li>Domestic to International 90 minutes</li>
	<li>International to International 90 minutes</li>
	<li>Domestic to Domestic 75&nbsp;minutes</li>
</ul>

<p>Passengers, holding separate tickets or having connecting time less than mentioned Minimum Connecting Time, will fully take responsibility for the flight miss connection.</p>

<h3>Check-in Time</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Domestic : At least 1.30 hours before departure time.</li>
	<li>International : At least 2 hours before departure time.</li>
	<li>Passenger must present Passport / Official ID Card (Original) / Travel Document needed upon check-in.</li>
	<li>Passenger must present themselves and check in with Bangkok Airways staff before check-in counter is closed;
	<ul>
		<li>Domestic Flight: Check-in Desk will be closed 40 minutes before departure time.</li>
		<li>International Flight: Check-in Desk will be closed 50 minutes before departure time.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Bangkok Airways Check-in closing time at other Airports may vary. Please check with Call center 1771 and Bangkok Airways Ticketing Office.</li>

<h3>Travel Document</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Each passenger is solely responsible for preparing <a href="/travel-document">travel document</a> before travelling on domestic or international flight.</li>
	<li>Credit card must be presented upon check-in as purchasing through Bangkok Airways website or Credit Suite (by phone payment).</li>
</ul>

<h3>Baggage</h3>

<ul>

<h3>Departure</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Boarding gate will be closed 15 minutes prior to departure time or you will not be accepted for the flight</li>
	<li>Hand carry baggage allowance is 7 kgs. Passenger is required to place the hand carry baggage in the overhead compartment or under the front seat.</li>

<h3>เวลาขั้นต่ำในการต่อเครื่อง</h3>

<p>สำหรับท่านผู้โดยสารที่ต้องต่อเครื่องในระหว่างการเดินทาง ควรถือหลักเวลาที่ต้องใช้ในการต่อเครื่อง (Minimum Connecting Time) ดังต่อไปนี้</p>

<p>*สายการบินขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ไม่รับผิดชอบกรณีผู้โดยสารพลาดเที่ยวบินต่อเครื่องน้อยกว่าเวลาตามที่ได้แจ้งไว้ข้างต้นและผู้โดยสารที่ถือบัตรโดยสารแยกฉบับ</p>

<h3>ช่วงเวลาในการตรวจรับบัตรโดยสาร</h3>

		<li>เส้นทางภายในประเทศจะปิดการตรวจรับบัตรโดยสารขึ้นเครื่อง 40 นาที ก่อนเวลาเครื่องออกตามตารางการบิน</li>
		<li>เส้นทางระหว่างประเทศจะปิดการตรวจรับบัตรโดยสารขึ้นเครื่อง 50 นาที ก่อนเวลาเครื่องออกตามตารางการบิน</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>การปิดรับบัตรโดยสารของสนามบินอื่น ๆ ขึ้นอยู่กับข้อกำหนดของแต่ละสนามบิน ซึ่งสามารถสอบถามข้อมูลได้จากพนักงาน Call center 1771 และสำนักงานบัตรโดยสารของสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส</li>

	<li>ผู้โดยสารแต่ละท่าน สามารถถือสัมภาระขึ้นเครื่องได้โดยน้ำหนักสัมภาระถือขึ้นเครื่องจะต้องไม่เกิน 7 กิโลกรัม ทั้งนี้ผู้โดยสารจะต้องวางสัมภาระไว้บนตู้เก็บของเหนือศรีษะ หรือใต้เบาะที่นั่งด้านหน้า</li>
