<h3>ADM Policy for CIP Plating Error Fee &ndash; PG Website</h3>

In accordance with the Misuse of Carrier Identification Plate (CIP) Selection Rules, an Agent Debit Memo (ADM) will be issued for incorrect CIP usage on PG (Bangkok Airways) tickets as follows:

<ul>
	<li>Domestic Sector : USD 60 per ticket</li>
	<li>International Sector : USD 100 per ticket</li>
</ul>

This fee applies to any ticket issued with an incorrect carrier plate in violation of PG&#39;s plating policies. Agents are advised to ensure accurate CIP selection to avoid penalties.

<h3>IATA RESOLUTION 850m / AGENCY DEBIT MEMOS</h3>

Bangkok Airways wishes to draw your attention to the above-stated resolution concerning the issue and processing of Agency Debit Memos (ADMs).

It is recommended that agents observe the reservation and ticketing rules carefully as well as make them know to passengers. &nbsp;Kindly ensure to use only system-quoted fares and do not make any amendment for ticketing. &nbsp;A 100% system-quoted fare will prevent you from making unnecessary errors which will result in receiving an ADM from the airline.

In the event that an ADM is raised for a wrongly issued ticket, please note that the ticketed fare will be raised to the applicable highest published market fare of the sector(s) shown on the ticket.

The ADMs can be processed up to 9 months of the final travel date, or if an ADM is for a ticket refund, it can be processed up to 9 months after such a refund is made by the agent.

Agents have 30 days upon the receipt (=issuance) of ADM to examine and dispute the ADM. &nbsp;When logging a dispute, please provide the reason for dispute and your contact details (e-mail address and/or phone numbers) for any clarification or supporting information needed, to <a href="mailto:disputes@auditextra.com">disputes@auditextra.com</a>, with copy to <a href="mailto:pgsalesaudit@bangkokair.com">pgsalesaudit@bangkokair.com</a>. Failure to provide any appropriate reason for dispute will lead to the rejection of the dispute.

Also in regard to essential instructions for our BSP ticket policy applicable to the IATA published tariffs (excluding all negotiated or net tariffs) such as Commission, Credit card acceptance, Refund administration fee, Refund procedure, Reissuing and Reservation change, please refer to fare rules/instruction in GDSs and BSPlink.&nbsp;

Pertaining to the refund policy, all refund can be processed as per fare rule shown in BSPlink and GDS. Nonetheless, in the event to the Sub-sequent use of flight coupon is to be refunded when fare rule does not exhibit, AUTO refund through GDSs will not be allowed so as to avoid any wrong refund calculation. So as to appropriately process, it is advised to make the refund through BSPLink. All refund application will be manually reviewed. Any AUTO refund with miscalculation will be subject to ADM issuance -the correct charge of refund and/or actual remaining ticket value PLUS additional administration fee of 50% of ADM issued.

แนวทางการแก้ปัญหาการถูกเรียกเก็บเงิน Agency Debit Memos จาก IATA

สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์สขอเรียนแจ้งข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการเรียกเก็บและการดำเนินการเรื่อง ADM ดังนี้

สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์สขอความกรุณาให้ตัวแทนจำหน่ายตั๋วเครื่องบินศึกษากฎระเบียบการจองและการออกตั๋วอย่างละเอียดและโปรดแจ้งข้อมูลดังกล่าวให้ผู้โดยสารทราบ และเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการคำนวณราคาที่ผิดพลาดที่จะทำให้ท่านถูกเรียกเก็บ ADM จากสายการบิน โปรดใช้ราคาตั๋วเครื่องบินที่คำนวณโดยอัตโนมัติจากระบบสำรองที่นั่ง (GDS)เท่านั้น

ในกรณีที่ท่านออกตั๋วผิดพลาดและทางสายการบินเรียกเก็บ ADM สายการบินจะเรียกเก็บราคาส่วนต่างค่าตั๋วโดยคิดจาก published fare ที่สูงที่สุดของ sector ที่แสดงบนตั๋วนั้นๆ

สายการบินจะทำการเรียกเก็บ ADM ภายใน 9 เดือนนับจากวันสุดท้ายของการเดินทาง และหากเป็น ADM ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำ refund ทางสายการบินจะดำเนินการเรียกเก็บภายใน 9 เดือนหลังจากวันที่ตัวแทนจำหน่ายได้ดำเนินการทำ Refund

หลังจากได้รับเอกสารการเรียกเก็บ ADM ตัวแทนจำหน่ายตั๋วมีเวลา 30 วัน ในการตรวจสอบและปฎิเสธการเรียกเก็บ ADM ในกรณีที่ท่านต้องการปฎิเสธการเรียกเก็บ ADM ขอให้ท่านแจ้งเหตุผลในการปฎิเสธการเรียกเก็บพร้อมข้อมูลเพื่อการติดต่อสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมของท่าน (อีเมล และ/หรือ เบอร์โทรศัพท์) ไปยัง <a href="mailto:disputes@auditestra.com">disputes@auditestra.com</a> และส่งสำเนา (cc) ไปยัง <a href="mailto:pgsalesaudit@bangkokair.com">pgsalesaudit@bangkokair.com</a> เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาการยกเลิกการเรียกเก็บ ADM หากท่านไม่สามารถชี้แจ้งเหตุผลที่เพียงพอเพื่อขอยกเลิกการเรียกเก็บ ADM ได้ บริษัทจะต้องทำการเรียกเก็บ ADM ต่อไป

สำหรับนโยบายเรื่องการออกตั๋วผ่าน BSPที่สำคัญต่างๆ ที่ใช้กับ IATA Published Tariffs (ยกเว้นราคาพิเศษต่างๆ และ net tariffs) เช่น ค่า Commission/ การรับชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต /ค่าธรรมเนียมในการทำ Refund / วิธีการทำ Refund /การ Reissue ตั๋ว และการเปลี่ยนแปลงการจอง ทางสายการบินขอความกรุณาให้ท่านศึกษากฎระเบียบต่างๆ ผ่านทาง GDSs และ BSPlink

ในส่วนของการทำ refund &nbsp;ตั๋วโดยสารตามกฎระเบียบ ท่านสามารถทำการ refund ตั๋วโดยสารได้ตามระเบียบที่ระบุไว้ใน BSPLinkและ GDS อย่างไรก็ดี หากท่านต้องการทำการ refund ตั๋วโดยสารเพียงบางส่วนหรือทำการ refund ที่นอกเหนือจากกฎระเบียบที่กำหนดไว้ เพื่อเป็นการหลีกเลี่ยงการคำนวณที่อาจผิดพลาดได้ ทางสายการบินจะไม่อนุญาตให้ท่านทำการ refund ผ่านระบบอัตโนมัติ (Auto-refund) &nbsp;หากท่านต้องการทำ refund ตั๋วโดยสารตามกรณีดังกล่าวขอให้ท่านทำ refund ผ่านทาง BSPLinkโดยสายการบินจะทำการตรวจสอบ refund application ให้ท่านเป็นกรณีไป หากท่านทำการ refund ตั๋วโดยสารผ่านระบบอัตโนมัติและมีการคิดคำนวณที่ผิดพลาด สายการบินจำเป็นต้องเรียกเก็บ ADM ตามค่าธรรมเนียมการทำ refund ที่ถูกต้อง พร้อมกับ/หรือ เรียกเก็บตามมูลค่าของตั๋วโดยสารที่คงเหลืออยู่ นอกจากนี้สายการบินยังจำเป็นต้องเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมในการเรียกเก็บ ADM เพิ่มเติม เป็นจำนวน 50% ของจำนวน ADM ที่เรียกปรับ
