• Business class seat
• Baggage allowance 40 kilograms
• Exclusive access to Blue Ribbon Check-in counter in order to hasten the check-in process
• Relax in style and comfort at our personal Blue Ribbon Club passenger lounge
• Priority baggage handling
• Priority airport boarding standby

This service allows passengers to upgrade their seats from economy class to business class at a special price depending on flight booking availability on the departure date.

Passengers can contact our Bangkok Airways staff to purchase a “Seat Upgrade on Departure Date” available for 5 routes starting from only 1,000 baht per person per sector.

Bangkok – Maldives v.v.
Bangkok – Phnom Penh v.v.
Samui – Hong Kong v.v.
Samui – Singapore v.v.

*Remark : Some flights in the routes as table above may not be applicable for business class.

Seat upgrade on departure date can be purchased through Bangkok Airways check-in counter, Bangkok Airways Ticketing Office and at Bangkok Airways Lounge on passenger’s departure date only.

Terms and Conditions

1. Seat upgrade from economy class to business class on departure date will receive same benefits as Business class
2. Seat Upgrade at Suvarnabhumi Airport and Samui Airport can be purchase at least 1 hour before departure time while other stations (domestic and international) can be purchase at least 3 hours before flight departure due to service conditions to receive full business class services. If passenger purchase less than the scheduled time, passenger will receive an economy-class meal.
3. All menu meal options in Business are subject to availability.
4. Price is subject to change without prior notice. Rate and price may vary subject to fare level of passenger’s ticket.
5. Seat Upgrade on Departure Date is subject to availability of Business class seats.
6. Upgraded passengers will not be eligible to collect Flyer Bonus Points.
7. Seat Upgrade on Departure Date is only applicable on flights operated by PG.
8. Seat Upgrade on Departure Date is non-refundable once purchased unless aircraft is changed.
9. Bangkok Airways reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions, at its sole and absolute discretion, at any time with or without prior notice.
