Passengers Helpline Number 02-270-6698 on Tropical Storm “Pabuk” discontinued service as of 6 January 2019
As Bangkok Airways has resumed normal operations on flights to and from Samui Airport, Suratthani since 5 January 2019, the airline announces that Passenger Assistance Helpline 02-270-6698 is discontinued as of today. Passengers requiring assistance and information can contact the airline’s call center 1771 (24 hours).
Call Center Check-in is available from 24 hours to 2 hours before departure
