Mr. Kridhakorn Sirabhabhoj, Senior Director - Marketing Communications of Bangkok Airways said “The Bangkok Airways Phuket Half-Marathon is the fourth event out of our six planned programs for the Bangkok Airways Boutique Series 2019. The main purpose of this event is to promote Phuket tourism and to ensure that participants recognize the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The Bangkok Airways Phuket Half-Marathon is being supported by many authorities in Phuket including Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Sport Authority of Thailand and Phuket Police. The Bangkok Airways Phuket Half-Marathon will be taking place on 4 August 2019, at Sapanhin Park and we would like to invite running enthusiasts of all levels to be part of this program as this event will be unique in terms of running tracks."

The designs will be featured on the series’ shirts, medals and trophies and available as souvenirs to participants across all 6 marathons throughout 2019 and using iconic symbols of Phuket which is Phuket pearls to integrate into the design” added Mr. Kridhakorn.

Bangkok Airways Phuket Half-Marathon is the fourth event out of six planned programs of the Bangkok Airways Boutique Series 2019. The remaining programs are the “Lampang Half Marathon” on 7 July 2019, “Phuket Half Marathon” on 4 August 2019, “Chiang Rai Marathon” on 15 September 2019 and “Lanna Half Marathon” on 3 November 2019.
