Bangkok / 15 February 2018 – Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited led by Mr. Kridhakorn Sirabhabhoj, Senior Director- Marketing Communications together with Mr. Peeradon Suksawat, Business Development of Teelakow Company Limited organize a press conference today for the launch of “Bangkok Airways Boutique Series 2018”, the second running event presented by the boutique carrier held at Centara Grand Central Ladprao.
Mr. Kridhakorn Sirabhabhoj, Senior Director- Marketing Communications Division of Bangkok Airways said “Owing to the successful feedback last year with 15,000 participants, Bangkok Airways is determined to continue the event on this year. Bangkok Airways Boutique Series 2018 aims to promote tourism at the destinations we fly to as well as to respond to the incremental demand of sport-tourism in the global market by providing 7 running races all year round which comprises of 5 Half-Marathons at Krabi, Koh Samui, Lampang, Phuket and Chiang Mai, for one Full-Marathon at Chiang Rai and Trail-Running at Trat”
“Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited takes the running series campaign further by giving back to the society. “Shoes For Kids” campaign gives the opportunity for runners to take part to donate a pair of shoes to kids living in the provinces where the running races take place. First to kick off is “Ultra Trail Unseen Koh Chang” at Koh Chang, Trat will kick-off during 16 and 17 February 2018, “Krabi Half Marathon” in Krabi will start-off on 6 May 2018, “Samui Marathon” in Koh Samui, Surat Thani will be on 10 June 2018, “Lampang Half Marathon” in Lampang will be on 24 June 2018, “Phuket Half Marathon” in Phuket will be on 5 August 2018, “Chiang Rai Marathon” in Chiang Rai will be on 16 September 2018, and “Lanna Half Marathon” in Chiang Mai will happen on 11 November 2018”.
