How to use Flyer Pass?

1. Visit www.bangkokair.com/flyerpass
2. Choose Flyer Pass Type (Domestic Pass except in-out Samui or flight in-out Samui Pass) 
3. Select flight origin, destination, departure date, and fill in the code received in "Promotion Code" box, then, click ‘Search Flight’
4. Select your preferred flight and continue
5. Insert Personal information and contact information
6. Check and review the details chosen, then Click ‘Redeem code’
7. Ticket issued and will be sent to the email address provided

Terms and Conditions

1. One Pass consists of 4 codes (Airfare, airport taxes and ticketing fee are included)
2. Code can only be used in specific booking class (Booking class: O, A, P, R, B, G, V except flight between Bangkok – Samui and Samui – Phuket under Booking class: O, A, P, R), for one-way journeys to participating destinations operated by Bangkok Airways
3. One code is eligible to book 1 Economy Class one-way ticket for adult or child only (Booking for child under 12 years of age, please contact Bangkok Airways call center 1771 or Ticket Office)
4. Each code can only be used for only direct (non-stop) flight with a star symbol (★)
5. Ticketing on www.bangkokair.com/flyerpass on/after 3 September 2020 – on/before 30 June 2022
6. Limited seats per flight and may not be available on all flight
7. Eligibility of seat selection is subject to the chosen fare hierarchy
8. Seat assignment at the check-in counter will be managed under our staff discretion for reservation without preselected seat
9. Flyer Pass is non-refundable and unable to be exchanged for any cash
10. Flyer Pass is eligible for point accrual
11. After issuing ticket, flight/date change is permitted with fee. Passenger names and routes cannot be changed.
12. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed into cash
13. Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or vouchers
14. Lost Flyer Pass package/codes cannot be replaced or reissued
15. Bangkok Airways reserves its absolute right at any time to add, alter, modify, change or vary any or all of the terms and conditions stated herein
