FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Due to the preventive measures announcement by the Government to prevent the spread and reduce possible risks of exposure to the Covid-19, Bangkok Airways will facilitate passengers who hold Domestic and/or International tickets issued by Bangkok Airways. Please see details as follows:

  1. Ticket Conditions of Rebook and Reroute for Bangkok Airways’ Tickets and Award Redemption Tickets
    • Passengers are allowed to rebook/reroute for a new traveling date up to 31 March 2021 without rebooking fee/rerouting fee/no show fee. Fare difference due to different booking classes is payable upon reissuance.
  2. Ticket Conditions for Group Tickets
    • Passengers are allowed to rebook in the same PNR (Passenger Name Record) for a new traveling date up to 31 March 2021 without rebooking fee. Fare difference due to different booking classes is payable upon reissuance.
    • For group deposits, the deposits shall be kept for group reservations (same PNR) with a new traveling date up to 31 March 2021.

  4. How long will it take for the passenger to get a refund?
    • It will take 60 days after the staff processed the refund.
  5. What should passengers do if tickets were purchased from a travel agency?
    • Please contact the travel agency directly for ticket change inquiry or further information. This include well known Online Travel Agency like Expedia, Traveloka, Kiwi.com, etc.
  6. Re-Crediting FlyerBonus Points
    • FlyerBonus points will be re-credited to the applicable member's account within 60 days. You can check your FlyerBonus point balance as well as your last credited activity by logging in to your membership account at www.flyerbonus.com.

    • Passengers can make any necessary changes by contacting Bangkok Airways through:
