Simply print your bag tags at the self-service kiosk and tag your own checked baggage, you can drop off your checked baggage at self-service bag drop without queuing at the airport.

How does the self-service bag drop work?

  1. Check-in for your flight online, automated check-in or at self-service kiosk at the airport.
  2. Print bag tag at self-service kiosk and attach the tag to your baggage.
  3. Go to self-service bag drop.
  4. Scan the barcode of your boarding pass.
  5. Place your bag on the conveyor belt.
  6. Scan the bag tag with the handheld scanner and follow the instructions shown on screen.
  7. Your baggage starts to move along the conveyor belt.
    Remark : For Hat Yai airport, drop off your self tagging bag with airport security agent at baggage screening point. Ensure you present claim tag to verify tag identification.
  8. A claim tag will be printed out for your checked baggage. Please retain this receipt until you have collected your bags at your destination airport.
