Infant
Infants at least 7 days and under 2 years of age on the departure date is not occupied seat on our flights. Infants reservation is currently not available through internet booking. You can purchase infants ticket at Bangkok Airways ticket counter where your journey commences at least 2 hours before departure or 1 day prior to traveling date. Infants are carried for 10% of the applicable adult fare.
Each infant must be accompanied by an adult. We would like to recommend you make online booking for adult through the internet. After that, inform us the booking reference with your infant name and birthday for us to add thier information on your booking.
Unaccompanied minor
Children aged between 6 and 12 on the departure date may only fly unaccompanied. They need to be accompanied to the airport on departure until embarkation and also meet upon arrival at the airport of destination by a parent or guardian. Parent and guardian must present evidence to pick them up on arrival.
When contact to make reservation, you must declare that your child will be travelling alone. At time of departure the unaccompanied minors indemnity form must be filled any liability or responsibility of guardian and giving details of escort on departure and arrival.
