Bangkok Airways 45th anniversary competition – Fly Bangkok Airways and win a brand new LEXUS CT200h

1. Passengers traveling by Bangkok Airways between 1st March and 31st July 2013 are eligible to participate in the competition by using the ticket number to register via Website: www.bangkokair.com/45yearcar from 1st March 2013 to 5th August 2013 and fill in the following details
   • Passenger name and surname (in English as shown on the ticket)
   • Ticket number. 13 digits (829…)
   • Flight route as shown on the ticket
   • Telephone number
   • E-mail address
2. Each ticket number can be used to register for the competition once only but the chance to win the prize depends on flight route as indicated on the ticket. For example
   • Flight route: Bangkok-Samui-Bangkok = 2 chances
   • Flight route: Chiang Mai – Bangkok = 1 chance
3. In case of any changes on the itinerary after registration, please register again since the ticket number has been changed.
4. On completion of the registration, participant will receive a return e-mail to confirm that he/she has registered for the competition
5. If participant enters the code twice or enters different information from that on the ticket, the company reserves the right to offer the prize to participant who has actually took the flight and his/her name is the same as shown on the ticket.
6. Complimentary tickets and tickets with Booking Class "S" and "Z" are not eligible for registration. except FlyerBonus Award Ticket with booking class "Z" is eligible for registration.

There is only one prize which is a brand new Lexus CT200h valued at 2,890,000 Baht

The Lucky Draw and announcement of winner

1. The Lucky draw is scheduled to be made on 15th August 2013
2. The winner will be announced on 17th August 2013 through the following channels
• Website - www.bangkokair.com/45yearcar
• Website - www.facebook.com/flybangkokair
• A poster display at Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited No. 99, Mu 14, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chompon, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900.

Conditions for prize collection

1. The winner must present the following evidences when collecting the prize within 90 days after announcement of the winner has been made. Contact person is Khun Chananchida at Tel. 02-265-5785
   • Participants must keep their boarding passes or tickets with the number shown on them. The Lucky Winner must present his/her boarding pass or ticket with the correct number as an evidence to collect the prize. (if he/she is unable to present all evidences, the company reserves the right to offer the prize to next person on the reserved list.)
   • Official identity card, civil servant card or original passport plus one photocopy with certified signature.
   • Original house registration plus one photocopy with certified signature.
   The company reserves the right to present the prize to another winner on the reserved list in respective order if the first winner mentioned is unable to present evidences as described in No.1 or failed to contact the company within the deadline or the company is unable to contact the winner in any event.

3. The winner of this sales promotion program is responsible for payment of withholding tax at 5% of value of the prize and related expenses (in the case when the prize is a car, related expenses are Registration fee, a deposit for temporary registration plate and insurance premium)
4. Employees, contract employees and employees of service providers at line stations of Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited and their families as well as employees of relevant advertising companies are not eligible to enter this competition.
5. The decision of the panel of judges is final
6. The company reserves the right to publicize photographs of the lucky winner for publicity purposes through various media without the need to pay any compensation.
7. The prize will not be transferable to another person and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prizes
8. The company reserves the right to change the conditions and the prize (of equal value) without giving advance notice.
9. The aim of this Sales Promotion program is to promote the company product without any hidden intentions. The company shall abide by all the terms, conditions, date, time and venue as permitted by the authorities and shall not take any unlawful or illegal actions.
