Credit/ Debit Card

• Payable with Visa, Master, JCB, Diners and Discover
• Both Credit and Dedit Cards must be verified and authorized by your issuer bank prior to perform any online transaction

• In case where ticketing time limit is given, payment must be completed 4 hours prior to flight departure
• Virtual credit card payment can be accepted; only with the evidence of settlement from the bank and must be presented upon check-in

Payment Restrictions

As part of efforts to minimise credit card fraud, Bangkok Airways employs a third party fraud prevention operator to audit all payment transactions. If you have paid by virtual credit card, you need to present evidence of the transaction in order to prove ticket purchase. During the check-in process at the airport, Bangkok Airways will perform a random check on the credit card used for online payment. Failure to present the card or proof of payment will result in passengers being required to purchase new tickets for all sectors. Passengers will be denied boarding if found travelling with tickets purchased by the fraudulent use of credit card.

Installment Payment Plan

• Payable with the credit card of participating bank
• Minimum spending amount at THB3,000/Transaction
• Both Credit and Dedit Cards must be verified and authorized by your issuer bank prior to perform any online transaction
• This payment type will be available for all domestic and international flights departing from Thailand only

• In case where ticketing time limit is given, payment must be completed 4 hours prior to flight departure

Union Pay, e-Wallet (Line Pay, Ali Pay, WeChat Pay, ShopeePay and TrueMoney Wallet)

• The payment is subject to the conditions of each payment service
• In cases where “Unticketed” status and email are notified, please contact our Call Center 1771 (+66 2270 6699) for assistance to successfully complete the booking
• In case where ticketing tim limit is given, payment must be completed 4 hours prior to flight departure
• The payment must be completed within the period specified, or your booking will be automatically cancelled

Direct Debit, Counter Payment, ATM Payment, Bank counter, Internet Banking

• Payment code will be generated along with the booking reference, your booking is not yet completed
• Payment must be completed within the time limit advised to you upon receiving the payment code; time limit set relates to the time before flight departure
• By failing to complete the payment within given time; the booking will automatically be cancelled by the system. New booking is required to be made, air fare will also be subjected to change
• This payment type will be available for all domestic and international flights departing from Thailand only
• Administrative fee may be charged directly at the payment counter; rate is subject to the service provider
