Web Check-in
Save Time, Easy and Simple
Web Check-in is a convenient bangkokair.com service that enables you to check in, choose your own seat and issue your boarding pass from the comfort of your home or office. By using Web Check-in you will save time spent queuing at the airport.
Web Check-in is available from 24 hours up to 2 hours prior to departure time.
Important note: Passengers on international flights who have completed web check-in are required to present themselves at Check-in Counter at least 90 minutes prior to departure time to obtain a boarding pass and verification of travel documents needed for Immigration and Security clearance.
We regret to inform passengers that the web check-in function does not currently support iOS devices. Any passenger using an iOS device can undertake a web check-in by clicking on: Web Check-in for iOS devices. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
You can use Web check-in when:
- You are traveling alone or in a group of up to nine persons, and
- When you have an e-ticket, and
- Whether or not you have hold baggage.
Passengers who cannot use web check-in:
- Passengers having a group reservation for 10 or more persons;
- Children aged 6 to 12 traveling without a person at least 15 years of age who is listed on the same reservation;
- Passengers who have requested assistance and who are traveling without a person at least 15 years of age who is listed on the same reservation;
