Manage Your Booking
Original bookings made through www.bangkokair.com
If your original booking has been made directly through the Bangkok Airways website, you can view your itinerary and/or make any necessary changes at the click of a button. Simply go to the ‘My Booking’ tab on the right-hand side of our website, fill in your booking reference, first name, and last name and then click ‘SEARCH’. Select the ‘Exchange Flight’ menu on your right-hand side to change your flight.
Where more than one change has already been made to an existing booking, customers will not be able to utilize the ‘My Booking’ function and will need to contact the Bangkok Airways Call Center directly.
Bookings made through alternative channels
For bookings made through other channels ; AISmPay, K-Cyber Banking, K-Mobile Banking, KTB ATM, KTB Online, KTB Online @ Mobile, Counter Services, and IVR Payment, please contact us via phone or at the email address mentioned above.
An Official Receipt can be requested within 30 days of the ticket purchase date. You can request online here or contacting the Bangkok Airways Call Center on 1771 (within Thailand) or +66 (0) 2270 6699 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly note that all documentation requests will be sent via email or picked up on departure date at ticket office, airport.
