Web Check-in is a convenient bangkokair.com service that enables you to check in, choose your own seat and issue your boarding pass from the comfort of your home or office. By using Web Check-in you will save time spent queuing at the airport.

Web Check-in is available from 24 hours up to 2 hours prior to departure time for Domestic Flights and passengers must present themselves at check-in counter F3 for travel document checked by 45 minutes before departure time

How to Web Check-in

1. Select to enter your Booking reference or Passenger Information. For Passenger Information, please enter information as follow : First Name, Last Name, Departure City, Departure Date, Flight Number.
2. Click the "Submit" button to move onto next step

Note: for cancel your web check-in, please select Cancel checkbox on the bottom of web check-in form.
