Airport Check-in

Our Check-in counters are located in Row F of the main terminal. The entire row is assigned for Bangkok Airways. The ticketing office is in the same area. Please click on picture below to view enlarge.

Bangkok Airways Check-in & Ticketing (Passenger Terminal Building level 4)

1. Passenger Terminal Building entrance no. 3.
2. Check-in Row "F", Check-in at Counters F01 - F12 (All Flights Check-in).
3. For domestic flight, counters will be closed 40 minutes before flight departure time
4. For international flight, counters will be closed 50 minutes before flight departure time.
5. Ticketing services are available at Bangkok Airways Ticket Office at Departure Hall, Passenger Terminal Building Level 4 before Check-In Row F.

Minimum Connecting Time (MCT)

If passenger has connecting flight to/from Bangkok Airways, we require Minimum Connecting Time (MCT) as followings:

• International to Domestic 1.15 hours
• Domestic to International 1.15 hours
• International to International 1.15 hours
• Domestic to Domestic 1.15 hours
• To/From TG/EK/EY/BR 1 hour
• To/from Low Cost or Budget Airlines 3 hours

In case of passenger having connecting time of flight less than Minimum Connecting Time mentioned above, the passenger must take self-response if missed connecting flight.

Check-in Time

It is important that you check-in for your flight and get to the gate on time.

• Passenger must present Passport / Official ID Card / Travel Document needed upon check-in.
• You must be in possession of a boarding pass by the time check-in closes or you will not be accepted for the flight.
• Bangkok Airways Check-in Desks at Suvarnabhumi International Airport:
  • Domestic Flight: Check-in Desk will be closed 40 minutes before departure time
  • International Flight: Check-in Desk will be closed 50 minutes before departure time
• Bangkok Airways Check-in Desks at other Airports:
  • Domestic Flight: Check-in desk will be closed 30 minutes before departure time
  • International Flight: Check-in desk will be closed 40 minutes before departure time

Check - In Counter Location:

• Business Class / Blue Ribbon Club Check-in Desk at Counter F2
• Premier Passenger Check-in Desk at Counter F2
• Web Check-in / Baggage Drop-off Desk at Counter F3
• Standby Passenger for Domestic Flight at Counter F10
• Standby Passenger for International Flight at Counter F11
• All Flights Check-in Desks at Counter F4 - F9

Travel Document 

• Passenger must present Passport / Official ID Card  / Travel Document needed upon check-in.
• Credit card must be presented upon check-in as purchasing through Bangkok Airways website or Credit Suite (by phone payment).

Departure

• Passenger must present Passport / Official ID Card / Travel Document while boarding.
• Boarding gate will be closed 15 minutes prior to departure time or you will not be accepted for the flight
• Size of hand carry baggage will be limited according to aircraft types. Any over-sized hand carry baggage is subject to be intercepted and checked as Limited Release Baggage at boarding gate .
