Q : How do I know that my booking and payment were completed ?
A : You can check by go to your e-mail account and look for our confirmation letter or by using our E-services at www.bangkokair.com/e-service/. If none of the mentioned confirmations are not found please contact us or re-book your desire flight.
Q : Why my online booking and payment cannot be complete ?
A :
    The reasons why you booking and payment cannot be made are as below:
  • All require information are fulfilled.
  • All entry is in correct format and no repeat.
  • The booking page had been idle for more than 15 min, please refresh page and redo the booking.
  • We accept only Visa and Master credit/debit card for online payment. If you process payment online by Visa Electron or other debit cards, the payment may be rejected. Please contact your issuing bank.
Q : How do I change my flights ?
A : You can change flight by using our online e-services or contact us(link) directly. All flight change are base on ticket conditions, Fees may apply.
Q : Could I wait list if the flight is full ?
A : Wait list could not be made through online. Please contact us directly at reservation@bangkokair.com for more information.
Q : Could I change passenger name after process booking and payment online ?
A : The passenger name could not be changed after payment been made. However, please contact us or write to reservation@bangkokair.com if you need further assistance.
