Remark	* Bangkok Airways reserve all rights to change all rates and flight schedule without prior notice.
	** MIN = Minimum charge, N = Normal Rate (Not exceed 45 Kgs), Q45 = Quantity above 45 Kgs, Q100 = Quantity above 100 Kgs.
	*** Cargo is packed with dry ice, please contact to our Authorized Cargo Sales Agents for air transportation.
	**** The cargo acceptance will be closed 1:30 hr. before flight departure.
	***** Effective from 01 June 2021.
	****** For Station Sukhothai (THS), Lampang (LPT), Trat (TDX) and Krabi (KBV) cargo service available for shipment origin Bangkok (BKK).

Temporary suspension of cargo service between Chiang Mai (CNX) and Hat Yai (HDY).

SCR 2000: Folding carton, folding box, empty bucket / plastic bucket (All destinations shall be charged THB 4.50 /kg but not less than Minimum THB 500)

SCR 3000: Empty Foam Box (All destinations charged THB 20/ kg but not less than Minimum THB 600)

• The customer would like to carry the Empty Foam Box for packing of goods at destination and carry back with Bangkok Airways cargo services. The freight charge of Empty Foam Box will be calculated with gross weight for the next service.

Dimensions

• For ATR aircraft maximum dimension Bangkok Airways (PG) allowed per piece is 50cm x 90cm x 100cm.
• For A319/A320 aircraft maximum dimension Bangkok Airways (PG) allowed per piece is 130cm x 170cm x 100cm.
• Pallet shipment for packing purpose maximum dimension Bangkok Airways (PG) allowed per piece is 100cm x 170cm x 100cm.
  *Please notify us a minimum of 2 hours in advance before flight departure.

Weight Restrictions

• Bangkok Airways (PG) accepts the maximum per piece less than 150 kilograms
• Wet Cargo accepts the maximum per piece less than 30 kilograms
  Note: Outside Cargo and shipment over dimension and weight restrictions will not be accepted.

Storage Charges

Bangkok, Samui

• Free storage charge for 48 hrs. after cargo arrival at destination warehouse.
• Minimum storage charge THB 200 for shipment weight not over 100 Kgs. and VAT 7%
• Shipment weight over 100 Kgs. Storage charge THB 5 / Kg. / Day and VAT 7%

Chiang Mai

Follow AOTGA warehouse conditions.
Hat Yai

Cancellation Fee

• After finished cargo acceptance and ready to transfer to ship side, 50 % of freight charge and document fee THB 120 and VAT 7% will be charged
• After finished cargo acceptance and already transfered to ship side, 100 % of freight charge and document fee THB 120 and VAT 7% will be charged
• After cargo on board, the shipment could not be canceled.
