Booking Assistance


Manage Your Booking

You can easily manage your booking with our user-friendly system. You can make changes, add additional services, cancel trips and request refunds.

Simply go to the “MANAGE MY BOOKING” menu, fill in your booking reference and last name, and then click “SEARCH.”

Modify Travelers: Update passenger information, contact details or other relevant information.

Modify Flight: Change your travel plans by modifying the date, time, or destination of your flight up to 2 hours before the new departure time. Please note that any fare differences or applicable fees may apply.

Additional Service: Enhance your travel experience by adding extra services such as seat selection, baggage allowance, special meal requests or upgrading the lounge.

Cancel and Refund: If your ticket(s) were purchased and paid by credit card through the Bangkok Airways website or Call Center and you need to cancel your booking, you can initiate the cancellation process and request a refund according to our applicable terms and conditions.

Official Receipt

An Official Receipt can be requested after 24 hrs. and not more than 30 days from the purchase date here or by contacting the Bangkok Airways Call Center at 1771 (within Thailand) or +66 (0) 2270 6699 or by emailing pg_receipt@bangkokair.com. Kindly note that all documentation requests will be sent via email or picked up on departure date at the ticket office or airport.
