Flyer Pass Conditions
Traveling Period 1 August 2009 - 31 July 2010
Surcharge Fares are inclusive of insurance surcharge, fuel surcharge and airport tax.
Except Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Yangon Airport Tax will be collected at the airport.
Combination Mixed destinations are permitted in the same package.
Change of Reservation ** Flight and Date change are permitted maximum 3 times without charge.
    Additional changes permitted with
  • – Domestic Destination = THB 500 / Passenger / Booking
  • – International Destination = THB 1,000 / Passenger / Booking
Reroute * Permitted without charge in the same package.
Name Change * Permitted with fees :
  • – Domestic Destination = THB 500 / Passenger / Booking
  • – International Destination = THB 1,000 / Passenger / Booking
Cancellation Please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before departure time.
Refund Not permitted.

* Please contact Bangkok Airways offices or call 1771 for cancellation, reroute and name change.
** Change of reservation and reroute is permitted within the same ticket category, which is subjected to seat availability.
*** Bangkok - Krabi or v.v. will operate on 25 October 2009 onwards.
